Sehr gemütliches Ambiente im gesamten Hotel mit sehr netten Personal
Pros:

Sehr freiäumdlicjes und zuvorkommendes Personal, Mimibar Getränke im Preis inbegriffen, QR Code um Whats app an Personal schreiben zu können, Sauberkeit war top, sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl und Frusche

Super schönes stylo Hotel in toller Lage

Gutes Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Lage direkt an U-Bahn-Station war für mich als Nutzer des ÖPNV perfekt. Die Gestaltung des Hotels ist sehr ansprechende, insbesondere die Verfügbarkeit von frei zugänglichen Büchern für eine Mußestunde war in Ordnung. Da ich nur eine Nacht dort verbrachte und spät angereist bin, kann ich nicht mehr dazu sagen.

Cons:

Das erste ist die automatisch öffnende Eingangstür. Wenn man herantritt öffnet der rechte Flügel ein Stück weit und man nimmt an, dass er vollständig aufgeht und tritt automatisch nach links. Den Irrtum kann man mangels Reaktion schnell büßen, weil der linke Flügel nämlich vollständig öffnet.
Nach Auskunft vor Ort ist es eine Vorgabe, alle Gäste mit "Du" anzureden. Ich persönlich mag das nicht.
In meinem Zimmer gab es einen Elektrohauptschalter in Kopfhöhe an der Zimmertür. Wenn es dunkel ist und man keinen Hinweis auf dieses Schaltelement am Empfang bekommt, braucht man eine Taschenlampe.
Die Nasszelle war räumlich geteilt in WC-Bereich und Dusche. Das Waschbecken war Bestandteil des Schlafraums. Ist mal was Neues. Im WC-Bereich fehlte ein Hygieneeimer und die Abtrennung zum Schlafbereich war eine Glasschiebetür. Diese sind bekanntlich selten dichtschließend. Einen Schuhlöffel habe ich vergeblich gesucht, das kann aber auch an meinen trüben Augen liegen.
Neu für mich war, dass das Zimmer bereits während meiner Zeit beim Frühstück durch den Zimmerservice bearbeitet wurde. Schade drum, denn so gab es doppelte Arbeit für diese fleißigen Menschen.
Das Frühstück war aus meiner Sicht in Ordnung, gleichwohl ich nicht besonders anspruchsvoll bin. Fehlende Butter wurde auf freundlichen Hinweis hin schnell aufgefüllt.
