Pros:

Great stay! I would definitely come again! Clean and decorated nicely. I would have given it a 10 if the towels we called for were delivered. We had to ask the cleaning crew the next morning for towels. Other than that it was a beautiful hotel and loved the surrounding neighborhood!

Cons:

Called for towels and they never came.

Excellent customer service- very informative throughout our stay. The location was great! The atmosphere was very relaxing. We will definitely book Aloft for future stays!
