The staff was friendly, it was comfortable and the speaker in room was huge plus.
The room was not cleaned well, hair, dirty floors and dusty, my facial tissue had 5 tissues in the box left, the lighting in poor, very dim, pool is extremely small, down stairs is tight space wise, says come with breakfast however was told I had to pay for it.
The check in process and shuttle ride to and from the airport was great the rooms were cute and had enough space for its purpose.Was happy that they had my room ready before 3 and I had a later checkout They could have done a little better on cleaning the floors it was dust and crumbs in spots it shouldn't have been. Overall the stay was cool for a little weekend trip a few restaurants around and Uber rides up and mid town was reasonable.i flew in for a concert and the Uber to the stadium was a reasonable price and to dinner.Nice pool and outside area. I paid 700 check in on Friday check out on Sunday so I guess that was a fair price.

The aesthetic is really nice
There was a multitude of things that I disliked about the hotel starting with the lack of information given during check in. Typically the hotel lets you know how much the deposit is and if there is a deposit. We weren’t informed about the deposit. Also during check in they should have let us know that there wasn’t a chef. So we couldn’t get food from the hotel or get breakfast. There isn’t a microwave in the room. You have to walk to where the ice maker is down the hallway just to heat and eat your food. We stayed for two night and the staff doesn’t let you know much. Normally hotels have a breakfast bar or you could just go downstairs and get breakfast. Here you have to get a pamphlet and fill it out which no one let us know about, since there wasn’t a chef we couldn’t get breakfast anyway. There issue a freezer portion to the refrigerator. It also lacks outlets. There is an outlet attached to the desk beside the bed but it is loose so the charger kept falling out. The way the design of the sink is very weird as well. When you go to wash your hands it makes a mess all over the sink due to poor design
