Place was decent and nice enough but, not worth what it cost me !

It was bright and in a good location it seemed up to date and well maintained

Well first off I want to say I’ve given them 6 days to correct their mistake and I have yet to even get a call back from anyone I’ve called 3 times the issue is I stayed 1 night approx 9 hrs to be exact and was charged almost $500 it was a pit stop on the way to Florida not only did they WAY OVERCHARGE me but, the card I made the reservation on was also used for my Florida vacation reservation and this overcharge from this 9 hr stay messed my whole week vacation booking up . What a disaster so on my vacation I’ve had to make calls to receive no call back or get charges adjusted .hey I get mistakes happen and would of been very understanding if I had been able to get it resolved. It should be illegal for hotel to have free range to charge whatever they want without authorization. I authorized a 1 night stay for $165 plus $50 pet fee . Not $463 worth of crap charges ! Again I want to state that I gave them a week to fix their mistake or at least make contact with me before I wrote my review.

They gave the rooms to some of there friends

They gave my room away before i got there. I choose to pay at property because i don’t pay ahead of time they decided that i want gonna come when i came form out of state to get there. I got there a little after 4 clock in started at 3 they left us without a room and it was hard to book somewhere else.

Pros:

Airport shuttle; friendly staff; well-appointed room with stylish walk-in shower.

Cons:

No room service, no cafe or restaurant open; there was an open bar but it had no food. Staff's advice: Uber Eats... One hour wait for a cold burger. Next morning, spotted a restaurant two blocks' over. No breakfast options, but decent Starbucks close by.

Pros:

I love the chic modern esthetic. It was conveniently located to the airport with access to local eateries and shopping

Cons:

I don't like that we'd have to pay for parking. I wish I had researched that more. The price wasn't bad, but it's not like it was in a secured garage.
