Just a quick overnight stay. Location was great and the property was very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We are looking forward to stay at Home to Suites.
Pros:

The location across the mall was perfect for us because we visit the mall every time we go to Corpus and we also eat at the resraurants in that area. The employees at the front desk were very polite and helpful. We felt welcome during our stay.

Overall stay was excellent up until checking out
Pros:

The two ladies that were at the front desk on 05.24.25 around noon that checked us in were amazing and very helpful after a mixup with them giving my room away and were supposed to credit me 100,000 points for the inconvenience.

Cons:

I didn’t like the attitude and disrespect from Adrian upon me checking all because I asked for a copy of my receipt! I was told that he wouldn’t give me one because I didn’t pay the hotel directly. After asking so many times and being denied as a rewards member a requested paper copy receipt for records, my husband asked for business cards with the hotels information (Adrian denied us those) because the hotel doesn’t give out business cards and when my husband requested the general manager information he gave us the number number to the hotel and told me that all information I need can be found at that number! When I asked what his name was he stated his name and proceeded to be smart at the mouth saying if need help spelling it and was coming off very unprofessional
