The breakfast is great. The gym is nice.

It was absolutely amazing. The beds were so comfortable, the people at the front desk were so nice, and the room was so nice and clean! We slept amazing! Breakfast was good. The whole package, and such a good bargain for $125.

The best of the Hilton chain that we’ve ever experienced! Holy cow where to start…rooms were impeccable, breakfast was delicious, plentiful, clean, staff attentive and ensuring items are fresh. Even clearing and cleaning tables quickly. Staff was caring, cheerful and friendly and Crystal Jackson is an exceptional manager - she was kind and respectful towards staff while ensuring that they provide outstanding customer care. She was everywhere at once, greeting guests, and ensuring the best possible experience for guests. She’s amazing! She gives this property a feeling of warmth and coming home every day. The rooms were so comfortable and super clean. The decor is modern and unobtrusive. BEST HILTON EXPERIENCE we have ever had - we are Diamond members so we stay at properties often. I wish Hilton could clone Ms Jackson and put her at every property. What a wonderful human and an excellent manager. Employees were happy and motivated; our experience was just wonderful.

Location, 15 minutes from Downtown Houston, lots of restaurants and shopping malls, and the free breakfast..

Hotel bonito, con acabados acorde y muy limpio. El desayunos muy bueno. Había variedad de frutas, jugos, yogurts, panes, leche, huevos y salchichas, etc. Las habitaciones cómodas, colchón, sabanas y cubrecamas muy buenos. La atención en el front desk muy buena. La piscina muy bien cuidada, el agua muy limpia y cristalina, la zona de las sillas y poltronas bien mantenida y limpia, la piscina no es tan grande pero está muy bien.

My stay at the Hampton was awesome!! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was soo good. Just what I needed to get my day started. Hospitality is amazing. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay at a top notch hotel on the east side of the city. No issues with noise level at all.i slept like a baby

We stayed here for one night during a cross-country road trip with our two young children, and it was exactly what we needed. After spending hours in the car, walking into a clean, comfortable, and quiet hotel was such a relief.

The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in, and our room was spotless. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked great (a must in Texas!), and everything felt fresh and well maintained. As a parent, cleanliness is one of the first things I notice, and this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast the next morning was a huge plus. It made getting back on the road much easier, and there were enough options that both of my kids found something they liked. We also appreciated how safe and family-friendly the property felt.

We’ve stayed in many hotels during our travels, and this Hampton Inn & Suites stood out for its cleanliness, comfort, and excellent customer service. It provided a stress-free stop during a long journey, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
