It was accommodating for my length of stay.
The bed was kinda uncomfortable and small and the people upstairs were very noisy.
The 7/11 in basically in the same parking lot and grocery store and Dollar tree are across the street, very convenient

We stayed in room 327 from November 19th to 27th. We checked out on Thanksgiving Day, returned the key to Kevin, and confirmed that our stay was fully paid in the system.
However, we later discovered that the hotel charged us a second time for the same stay. We spent an entire day calling the property to speak with the manager Greg, but no one answered the phone and no one returned our calls.
We are currently trying to resolve a duplicate charge, yet the hotel has provided no assistance, no communication, and no accountability. Extremely disappointing experience and would not recommend this property.

When I first moved to Texas, this was the first place that I have stayed at. This is a beautiful place a welcoming place a peaceful place a place where you can get a free mind. I love this place. The price is per week is the best price
It was very clean from the outside but the room
Was not. I found blood spots in the restroom, improper objects and medication in the folding sofa bed. Didn’t get enough information from the beginning when we arrived because nobody was in the office. Nobody was answering the phone. When finally someone got there it was a fast intake.
One of the days we came back late our card keys did not work. Nobody was answering the phones I sent messages nobody took the time to answer them. When we got someone face to face they were very helpful but it’s hard to get someone on the phone.

My experience at Intown Suites (Central) was very disappointing. The room had a serious roach problem, and I even found bugs in the bed. Although the staff sprayed once and said they notified the exterminator the issue was never resolved, and I was told there would be no refund. The conditions were unsanitary and uncomfortable — I would not recommend staying here.
The room was roach infected. I reported it the clerk and was told they would bring spray and never did. I have never been to and hotel and seen roaches. If this was not an emergency situation for my daughter and I would have have left.
do not book here. my upstairs neighbors are so loud my entire room shakes, like kids are just throwing themselves on the ground all day. front desk refused to help me even though i have a newborn baby,
i was suggested to wear noise cancelling headphones.... as if i don't have a child i just mentioned. i asked for a room change and was given no help at all. this is a constant issue with staff, no help is ever actually given. just a run around.
the guy i tried to book with says they are sold out, he told me the same thing at another location and somehow i got booked at another location he said was booked out, he is just lazy and doesn't want to do any real work.
