Tired, no sleep due to noise and smell
Pros:

Lovely gym, great location, nice large rooms.

Cons:

This is a lovely new property with nice rooms. WE have stayed before and had an issue with the in room air conditioning, this is loud, very loud and makes it hard to sleep, however without it the rooms are stuffy. This time the smell of sewage coming from the pipes in the bathroom was overwhelming. Told the Front Desk. The smell was awful. Also the walls are so thin that you can hear the person it the room next door snoring. There was a lot of noise overall but that can be allowed as it was a football weekend and to be expected but when you are woken up by snoring from the room next door ........... Love the location, love the rooms but would not stay again.

Stay was nice and pleasant

Shower stall makes a mess there is no way to either adjust the shower head down and not a total enclosure causing the floor to become soaked

Beautiful new hotel - clean, great style snd location, great staff. Only drawback: thin walls - could hear the people in next room talking and snoring.

Pros:

Check in person did not ask about a vehicle, if it was our first stay, talk about the bar area, etc.
The a/c was set to 70 and yet kept changing and the room became hot.

Pros:

I will butcher the spelling of the names, but Michelene at the front desk and Regan at the bar were wonderful. Both were very attentive and answered any questions I had. Wonderful new hotel with comfy beds!
