Pros:

Good room...large and clean

Cons:

Reception staff not very helpful.
Bar was closed all evening
No breakfast avaliable which was a big disappointment and issue for us

Pros:

Clean and nice

Cons:

Too expensive for the price. Was able to find similar ones with half the amount paid and no breakfast included at this place where as other were offering continental breakfast included. Staff were always staying No for any requests

Forgettable
Pros:

It looked fairly new and well maintained.

Cons:

the basic amenities are there, but the Bistro wasn't open the entire stay, and our rooms were not refreshed.. They have no problem jacking the rates for prime weekend, but offer less service than 2 star hotels.

Tired, no sleep due to noise and smell

Lovely gym, great location, nice large rooms.

Cons:

This is a lovely new property with nice rooms. WE have stayed before and had an issue with the in room air conditioning, this is loud, very loud and makes it hard to sleep, however without it the rooms are stuffy. This time the smell of sewage coming from the pipes in the bathroom was overwhelming. Told the Front Desk. The smell was awful. Also the walls are so thin that you can hear the person it the room next door snoring. There was a lot of noise overall but that can be allowed as it was a football weekend and to be expected but when you are woken up by snoring from the room next door ........... Love the location, love the rooms but would not stay again.

Stay was nice and pleasant

Cons:

Shower stall makes a mess there is no way to either adjust the shower head down and not a total enclosure causing the floor to become soaked
