Cons:

Smelly elevator, property allows pets dog was barking for hours in the room above me, my check in was at 3 I was able to get into my room until 5:30pm because it wasn’t clean. Bri was helpful.

The staff were great. Adonya the front desk staff and Leslie were exceptional. Adonya went above and beyond to make sure we settle down earlier and worked with Leslie to make sure our rooms were ready well ahead of check in time. They were amazing.

Pros:

Room was clean! Bed was hard. For $200. the bed should be super comfy! Shower head was not great. But the room was clean, it smelled good, the temperature was nice, the location was perfect and the staff were helpful and friendly.

3. Warm Service From Start to Finish

The staff were super sweet and friendly throughout our stay, which made everything feel easy. We asked for restaurant recommendations, and they gave us great options without hesitation. The front desk girls were especially kind and welcoming every time we walked through the lobby. Ren stood out to me. She was all smiles and made check‑in feel warm and personal. Overall, the service alone made the visit worth it.

Great stay from beginning to end
Pros:

I drove up to the hotel, which was landscaped meticulously and I had a front row parking spot. I was quickly checked in went to my room and it was super clean and inviting. In the morning I came down for breakfast and the buffet was again super clean and inviting. Diria greeted me and made sure I had everything I needed. You could tell that she took pride with the food , the cleanliness and how it was arranged. This was one of the best looking and cleanest buffets I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Hats off to Diria!
