Danny the bartender was one of the highlights of our stay. Wonderful food, service, and local recommendations.

Danny is the best bartender! Always takes care of his people. His smile ain’t bad either. Made our night even better!

I knew this was a nicer hotel but I could not have expected how well taken care of I felt during my stay.

The complimentary breakfast in the morning along with a bar reception each evening for the guests and ending with a complimentary glass of tea on your way up to your room at night made the whole experience feel quite intentional and well considered.

Danny, the bartender that took care of me during my stay, gave me helpful tips for transportation and entertainment around the city, including tracking down a secret speakeasy for me.

I felt respected throughout my entire stay and the local area offers quick walking distance to the local public transport and points of interest in the Buckhead area.

I would be pleased to stay here again someday.

We have stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints. The rooms are spacious and well appointed-perfect for a family. We especially enjoyed the secret garden lounge. Danny Smith,the bartender, was very welcoming, and was a great spot for appetizers and cocktails and after dinner nightcaps. A great place all around. Highly recommend it.

Location and cleanliness

The Hotel was beautiful, clean and modern great style. The Front desk staff with the exception of one young Gentleman, really need to get retrained in good customer service and how to have less Attitude. I basically got the ATL experience. Had an issue with my fridge and the MTNC staff were excellent!
The room was clean and very modern.
The breakfast was delicious, on weekdays they have a chef , but be careful not to annoy her or again you will get the ATL customer service experience :(

I love Element and being ATL I don’t expect much in the way of Politeness so apart from that the Hotel was very nice

It was a little bit difficult getting to the hotel where it’s situated and what GPS told us to go. But once we got in checked in and everything was great.

The parking is a garage close by and I paid for parking in the hotel package. The people working there are just very sweet . Room was adequate for myself my husband and the two grandchildren 8 and 10. They had the sleeper couch and that was fine a kid. Full refrigerator so we could cool all their drinks and snacks. We went to the pool it is inside so we didn’t have to worry about the weather, preventing us from being able to swim. We were the only ones there. Had a fun time. They have a little restaurant/bar. That was very good as well and there are other restaurants around the area that are upscale that is walkable and the best pizza place that’sjust a block away.
We went to the Georgia aquarium and it’s a drive from there about 20 minutes. The reason why I picked this hotel is because it had indoorpool so I didn’t have to worry about the weather. It had the couch that pulls into a bed for one of our grandchildren.
I did want to stay a little bit north of the Georgia aquarium because the next day we were taking off towards the north.

Great location, I wish parking was bit cheaper . Rooms are great, service good. Bar is good, gym is good. Crowd sometimes little suspect for Buckhead.

They made everything so easy! A warm welcome for a later than expected arrival. Very clean and attractive hotel, from the lobby to our room. Friendly staff. Well designed space. Very good breakfast including a yogurt bar and made to order omelets. Luggage carts plentiful and easy to use. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Hot breakfast was great, especially the yogurt bar and cooked to order option during the week. Our only negative was that we were asked when we wanted housekeeping but they never showed up.

Great temperature controls in room. Strong shower head power. Clean rooms. Multiple complimentary on-demand coffee options.

Best place to stay in Atlanta. Love the team there and the cleanliness of the hotel!
