Element Atlanta Buckhead

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, shower, and bed quality were all great for the price. Breakfast was really good for a continental breakfast.

I liked the location. It was close to the mall.

Everything was great, the room could’ve had more upgrades, the bathroom specifically I think a little more Of an elegant design and setup would’ve been great.

The staff are exceptional. They are kind and courteous. Very accommodating. The hotel is clean and overall a decent place. The breakfast was good and included. If you are a minimalist, this hotel is for you. I am prefer more upscale amenities; however, the rate, location, and size of the room met our needs and we would stay again as a family. Having a full kitchen was a bonus since we were here for several days and on Christmas Day, and ate in.

This hotel is like other good hotels - clean, comfortable, quiet, attractive, convenient, good breakfast & snacks, nice bar with outdoor seating - but the staff make it 5-star-plus! Everyone was uniformly *helpful*, gracious, professional, efficient & just plain ol' nice! Many thanks to Mr Turrell & his entire crew. We'll be back & we'll send friends!

This was my first experience at this property and both the amenities and the staff were EXCEPTIONAL! I would like to particularly thank Chase, the front desk staff who helped solve a recording concern. I look forward to visiting again next month.

Friendly staff, cook to order breakfast. Hotel needs maintenance, water pressure is poor in the morning and no hot tub. Front entrance is an issue with Uber drivers as the driveway entrance is obscured. Great walkable location, easy to find scooters to run around the area.

Good location, newer, and friendly staff. The exercise room is great. My two complaints were 1) worst water pressure of any hotel shower ever, and 2) room service by request only, which was on a paper they handed me at check-in but wasn’t mentioned, although all the other details were said.

We received extraordinary customer service in this centrally located, spotless, modern and very comfortable hotel. The Element in Buckhead is professionally and superbly run by Rodolfo Ortega, its General Manager who ensures that all of his staff warmly welcomes and treats guests like family at the hotel. Mr. Ortega personally greeted us during our stay and asked if we were happy with our room and experience. The front desk staff is amazing in their friendliness, eagerness to ensure each guest's comfort and professionalism. We have to give special thanks to Terrell, Deja, Brittany, Kelly, Chase, Rochelle and Osirus, and the other staff, who warmly greeted us each day, and sought to ensure our stay was exceptional. Our room was bright, beautifully decorated, with very comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchenette. We appreciated the pots and pans, toaster, stoneware and flatware. Our room was very quiet and we always felt safe coming in any time of the day or night. The cleaning staff, led by Iris, who is so accommodating and kind, kept our room and upscale bathroom spotless. The Element offers one of the best complimentary breakfasts, we have had in all of years of business travel. Fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, bagels, granola bars, lattes and coffee are plentiful everyday; but what really makes the breakfast standout, is Chantae, who cooks incredible made to order eggs, pancakes and always includes special treats as she serves each of the guests. Her warm friendliness, conversation, hard work and smiles make each morning very special.
We enjoyed the top tier, well-equipped and clean gym which overlooks Piedmont Rd, and the pool. We also have to give a shoutout to Issac, head of engineering, who always greeted us warmly and RJ, with security, who kept us laughing and offered wonderful service. The Element has several wonderful restaurants within a one minute walk, including Mister 01 Pizza, and a large Publix within a five minute walk.
The parking for the hotel is easy and safe.
The Secret Garden bar/restaurant in the Element has a cozy patio with a fire pit; and offers delicious food.
We very highly recommend the Element Buckhead to anyone looking for a hotel in Atlanta. Our stay was incredible with all of the staff absolutely going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

Great hotel. Stay here mostly when we visit Atlanta. Comfortable and clean rooms, excellent staff, good breakfast and convenient location.
