No hot water 24/7 you have to call them to let them know and turn it on. , Staff wont answer messages or calls sometimes.. No one in the front desk.
No puedo opinar en realidad, pues el personal no está atento al teléfono ni a las reservaciones vía Booking, de tal manera, a pesar de que tenía una reserva activa, ocuparon la habitación sin más.
La pésima atención del personal, no contestan el teléfono y no están atentos a las reservaciones vía Booking, después culpa. Al cliente de su negligencia
El tamaño de la habitación es muy amplio, tiene lo necesario, muy buena atención y amabilidad, el lugar es bastante tranquilo, se puede descansar muy bien
Los escalones que dan desde la habitación hacia la sala son un poco peligrosos. Algunos detalles de limpieza podrían mejorar y las porciones de shampoo y jabón podrían ser más grandes y considerando el número de personas que se hospedan
We had trouble reaching the hotel due to the extremely steep hill leading to it – our rental car couldn't make it. To make matters worse, the reception wasn't very helpful over the phone in providing alternative solutions or guidance. Despite explaining the situation, we were unable to cancel our reservation and weren't offered a refund. It would be beneficial if the hotel description included details about accessibility challenges and potential limitations for vehicles, so guests can plan accordingly.

El costo, no es el de la app , cobraron más y además cobran un 6%+ por pagar con tarjeta, atentos aqui no soy el unico al que se la aplicaron, la dueña habla prepotente, sus hijos atienden muy bien, todo tiene un costo extra, el aire acondicionado no lo controlas tu cómo huésped, lo controlan ellos, literal solo lo dejan prendido 1 hora y lo apagan, si buscas una habitación con clima no lo recomiendo, está un poco confuso llegar, el espacio de la habitación es grande.
Si tienen la oportunidad de ir a este hotel desaprovechenla, no se los recomiendo, por el precio hay hoteles con mejor hubicacion y mas servicios, reitero reservamos para aprovechar el uso del clima y fue nefasto este servicio, creo que la aplicacion devria de decir que no cuentan con este.

I would never ever go back. There was nothing I enjoyed. This must be one of the worst "hotel" experiences.
Firstly, this is NOT A 4-STAR HOTEL. It's a house made "hotel"; finding it was quite complicated, they sent us the location, and send us to another place, not far, but since the "hotel" is on a hill, was very challenging. Second, the woman at front desk "proposed" to us to cancel our booking with Booking.com, so we could benefit from more stuff (like a breakfast that was $150 and an expensive massage discount). I told them no, and to continue with my booking. Then, the woman proceeded to add taxes and another tax and a commission for using my card. NO HOT WATER. We arrived at 2 am and my nephew took a shower. Water was cold, we thought maybe it was the time (although in a 4 Stars hotel this shouldn't happen), and I tried to shower at 11 am... WARM water lasted, clock on hand, a bit under 2 minutes. NO SECURITY. They didn't give us a key of the property, only the room key, saying at any time they were going to open for us. They didn't. The door wasn't locked, and we could get into our room, but it's DANGEROUS!!! Nobody awake, no locks, terrible. DUST EVERYWHERE and dead bugs. I got home from my trip with inflammation cause by dust allergy. The coffee maker was so so so dirty; we tried rinsing it because I was dying for a coffee (this "hotel" is very hard to access, so no coffee shops around), and even the offered coffee tasted old. ZERO PRIVACY. We had the room immediately next to Front desk, so they could hear ABSOLUTELY everything, I felt watched.
Worst experience ever! The owner/manager, was super rude and disrespectful, I’ve had the opportunity to travel a lot and this was the first time that I was treated really bad.
Nothing was like the pics. The room has humidity so smells terrible also the blankets. Expensive, compared to the facilities and service.
Just not worth it. Please please 🙏 find another hotel.
Habitacion muy comoda, amplia y muy limpia, con ambiente tranquilo y de facil acceso. trato por parte del personal muy amable y muy buena atencion
El Hotel Quinta María Bonita es una excelente opción para quienes en tiempos de la pandemia del COVID-19 necesitamos visitar Xalapa y buscamos un establecimiento con pocas habitaciones, amplio jardín, y excelente limpieza y servicio. Estas características compensan por una ubicación fuera de los corredores principales de hoteles o centros comerciales.
La amplitud, la atención , el sitio se ve realmente en muy buen estado, nuevo.
Muy buen lugar aunque la entrada no es tan accesible. Buen servicio y personal atento, lo único malo fue que me ofrecieron media pensión que se supone incluía cena y desayuno y no incluye cena, el desayuno tampoco pude tomarlo, necesitaba salir temprano y empezaba el servicio a las 9 de la mañana.
