Loved the food from the hotel, I got room service for dinner twice, same meals from restaurant, absolutely fantastic.The bed was very comfortable.The position of the hotel is very good, over the road from Hobart Hospital, 3 doors down from clinics, a block away for a car park to keep your car at. Pool was very warm and handy, 1.2 metre deep, gym was good also.
No pens in room, no toilet brush, and cleanliness with dusting was not very good.

Tot correcte, únicament podríen fer un repàs de neteja de tota l'habitació en algun moment de tota l'estada.

Suite had a wonderful view
It took a long time if you asked for something to be brought to your room
ordered dine in one night. Food very good and generous.
Easy drop off point with luggage in the Vibe owned laneway access.
Very hot room on arrival- it took a long time to cool down after adjusting the thermostat down. Went to front desk for assistance but none provided.
We complained about a loud noise in the room to management (seemed to be from a ventilation duct) and were made to feel this was a huge inconvenience to them. Even though the first receptionist we told seemed to know exactly which room we were in so this was a know issue. The manager tried to make us feel guilty about requesting a room change (“we’re full and would have to cancel somebody else”).

We asked for single beds but one king size bed was offered. The reception staff said that would be sorted the next day. It didn’t happen…..
