The location was excellent.
One of the lift’s weren’t working. We had to wait such a long time at times. The air con in the bedroom wasn’t. working properly

Convenient location and walking distance to all tourist spots. Very comfortable and quiet room. Lovely breakfast and coffee.
One of the lifts wasn't working and on day two both lifts weren't working. Staff helpful given situation. The breakfast was much better on Tuesday so perhaps different chef that day.
One of the lifts wasn't working and hadn't been for a few months, bit frustrating having to wait with only 1 lift working
Manager working on Saturday went out of his way to help us keep bags in storage and use hotel facilities due to a late flight
Inconsistent info, when we enquired whether we could use hotel facilities prior after checking out wr we’re told we would be given a temporary card to access pool which would have been easier , but it all worked out in the end

Location of the hotel was near the port, lots of eateries and pubs nearby and also places to visit , e:g Maritime Museum
Staff were very friendly, polite and accommodating.
Due to one of the lifts not working, it took longer to get to and from our room.

There was only one lift operating and at one stage both were Brocken down and every time there was a queue and long wait times

Only one elevator in operation which made getting into the elevator a challenge.
The second elevator also broke down and this was fixed promptly however we did need to walk up and down 7 flights of steps after having completed the Three Capes.
Newly refurbished, modern and clean.
Only one lift working for the whole hotel. Waits of up to 15 minutes! Then both lifts were broken.
Breakfast was limited. Not mentioned at check-in and no apology by staff when up to 15 people are queuing in reception for the lift!
The location and views
They only have one elevator currently and this caused delays, one time that elevator stopped and we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs! I also had difficulty parking through a weekday as the workers around the city must use the carpark also!
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bar & service were good
Having patrons keep their children from splashing all over the pool and the same parents frowned at people.
Parking facilities were dreadful, especially when there are other patron's cars in the drop zone all night and morning and we have to go using a public parking which had restrictions.
