Great location for travelers
Pros:

Location was great. Easy to walk to harbor which is where many activities are.
Staff were friendly
Room was clean

Cons:

Issues with water temperature. Water didn’t stay hot for long would drop to cold than back to hot.
Aircon didn’t seem to work well in the room. We had it on 17 degrees and room did not feel cold at all.
Ordered room service when arrived chips were cold
Parking was booked out the whole stay and we had to park in parking for shopping centre

Pros:

Location, room cleaness, setup,. We were given junior suite which was great.
Parking is better to near by park house ad the price is the same as hotel that is fare away.

Cons:

Breakfast is ala carte, but they dont change the menu.
