Beautiful and unique hotel, spotless, great location and staff second to none.
Pros:

Excellent customer service in general, beautiful hotel, fab location. Breakfast and the service at breakfast were just superb!

Cons:

Our room was in an area that was accessible only though the outside, so navigating the rainy steep steps (although not many) felt a little precarious. Parking charges.

Pros:

Tutto quello che si può desiderare per un hotel di charme lo trovi qui. Struttura meravigliosa dove il raffinato gusto classico- contemporaneo delle opere artistiche del proprietario si inseriscono perfettamente nell'antico sapientemente rivisitato. La terrazza panoramica è un luogo speciale: profusione di piante mediterranee succulente e colori pastello, un'oasi di pace e relax. Altissima professionalità di tutto il personale, abbinata a squisita gentilezza e disponibilità. Le prelibatezze della colazione ti preparano ad intraprendere le escursioni della giornata tra le bellezze della terra salentina.

Uma hospedagem chique e confortável
Pros:

O prédio do palácio é lindo, a localização excelente. Excelente café da manhã, com variedade de produtos e atendimento atenciosos por parte dos garçons. Quarto muito confortável e bonito. Um prazer estar no hotel.

Cons:

Houve um vazamento de água por baixo do box do chuveiro. Avisamos á recepção do hotel mas nenhuma providência foi tomada enquanto lá estávamos.

Une expérience digne d’un 5 étoiles !
Pros:

Tout est exceptionnel dans cet hotel qui mériterait une 5e étoile à mon avis de voyageur. Le design et le mobilier sont superbes, le luxe est au rdv. Le personnel est excellent.

Cons:

Rien ! Tout était parfait y compris les produits de beauté dans la salle de bain qu’ils ne vendent pas malheureusement…

Hotel ben tenuto nel centro storico
Pros:

Hotel nel centro storico ma tranquillo, in una struttura antica ma rimessa a nuovo. Camera grande, bagno grande, colazione buona in parte a buffet e in parte a-la-carte, ma tutto compreso nel prezzo. Arredi e opere d'arte di qualità. Piacevole starci, in questo hotel.

Cons:

Il letto era grande ma aveva una protuberanza in legno, voluta e forse caratteristica di qualche paese straniero, ma che rendeva scomodo mettersi a letto. Forse sono io che non capisco o non conosco la motivazione. Allego una foto.

Tout était parfait. Chambre super jolie avec une deco super soignée et enorme. Le petit déjeuner est exquis. Le personnel est au petit soin. L’emplacement est parfait

Bellísimo hotel, cómodo y bien ubicado
Pros:

La habitación muy grande y cómoda, con una estética increíble!!. Todo el personal muy atento, en especial Luca quien nos atendió en el desayuno, merece ser destacado. El baño grande y limpio. Buena ubicación en el centro histórico de la ciudad
