Pros:

We arrived early so the first lady at check-in was rude but the man that we actually checked-in with later was very professional and nice. The breakfast bar could be better. The rooms were excellent!

This trip was for my grandbabies to just get them out of the house for a weekend an let them unwind and swim! The suites
Pros:

I liked that it was located in a perfect location for doing everything, from shopping to eating to watching a show,You could do it! My grand babies loved loved loved the pool and felt comfortable and at home as well!

Cons:

They don't offer a late check out if needed for emergency situations, they just say, No we are sold out, every suite has been booked.

Could have been better.
Pros:

Very clean, close to all food and the Hamburg mall

Cons:

Beds are terrible. If you go with your children and some one makes a noise complaint they automatically think it’s your children.

Pros:

Updated and comfortable room. Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff. Great location off highway. Good breakfast. Room was clean except for dirty spots on carpet.
