Pros:

We booked this particular room due to advertising a heated pool. The pool not only did it have dead bugs in it but the water was freezing so we could not even use it. Very disappointed

Very nice place to stop on a family road trip
Pros:

Not far from the interstate, safe neighborhood, friendly staff, clean room, nice shower, great breakfast...especially the home fried potatoes!

Cons:

There isn't anything I can think of that I didn't like.

The Hampton providing a clean, please experience that would make us want to rebook.
Pros:

The front desk employee, at check-in, was very happy and pleasant. Upon entering our room, there was a pleasant smell and the room was very clean.

Whenever we go to the Hampton Inn the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is great with a nice selection to eat and drink, the rooms are very clean and the hotel always smells clean. If they can accommodate you they certainly try to do that. We enjoy our stays there.
We also have a lab, and whenever we go into the room I bring our own blanket to cover the bed because my dog likes to sleep on the bed. We also put a small towel down to put his food bowls on, and we clean up and residue from his snacks and if it's wet out we do as we do at home, we wipe his paws before we allow him back into the hotel.
All guests should keep their room as they would want their home kept!

Great location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Bed was a lot harder than I expected. I always slept well on Hampton beds, but the one we had this trip was noticeably firmer.
