Cold pool
Pros:

Clean

Cons:

Very cold pool - useless in the cold weather, disappointed as this was a choice for my arthritis. Why offer an inside pool that was unusable and sits empty.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Very clean place. Covenient to gas, restaurants, and coffee vendor.

We like the Hampton Hotel because the room are so clean. Also friendly staff. Breakfast so delicious. Also the location is so convenient at lot of restaurants, close by the Carolina Outlet Stores..

It was very pleasant stay.
Pros:

The Cleanliness of the entire hotel. The Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms have everything we need and the height and comfort of the beds. We also enjoy the breakfast buffet.

They couldn’t find my room. Pool was ice cold. Half of heater was throwing cold air. Evening staff was not friendly at all.

Was not allowed to go to breakfast. We had a 7 lb puppy with us. He was not allowed to stay in the room alone even though he was in a crate.

Great stay
Pros:

Staff very welcoming during check in and check out (shared laughs about my shirt) very accommodating and clean. One of the most comfortable beds ive slept in as well.

Loved everything only negative is that I couldn't stay longer.
