Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Huge spacious room with two doubles + a sofa bed — perfect for 3 friends traveling to a concert together because we each had our own bed and plenty of space to spread out. Updated, modern interiors. Lobby snack bar selections were great (ice cream!) as was the breakfast buffet. Everything was great; I will definitely stay here again.
