Great location, staff was kinda not hospitable. Affordable
Pros:

I liked the billiards table, gym, outdoor firepit on a beautiful couple nights. Saw there are lots of computer options if I needed them.grear location

Cons:

It was an average experience. Nothing over the top. It would be an experience you would expect from most motels. I never really got acknowledged when I came and went. I wanted to play pool but staff was holding on to the cues and wasnt very approachable. The price was more for the location it was at. Great location in the center of everything we wanted to do. The highest level of service was from pizza delivery person who delivered my pizza but it was from domino's. The valet person smelled like Marijuana, my car smelled like it too when I valet my vehicle. But for 39$ a night parking what do you expect. The lines for the breakfast was painful but it is free and part of the stay.

We found this place quite comfortable
Pros:

The room was clean, good size. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the blackout blinds. It was sorta close to the art museum

It was ok.
Cons:

Outside was very dirty. Garbage by the front door was overflowing when we got there and was not emptied until next morning. Also cigarette butts all over the ground by the outdoor fireplace and butts in the fireplace. We have been coming to this hotel the last 3 years in October and it has declined in the last 3 years.

Pros:

Room was incredibly spacious and very clean. Had an almost full kitchen (minus stove) if needed! Staff was incredibly friendly. Location was excellent, just a few blocks away from the Milwaukee Public Market and in a very walkable area with various transit options.

I did like how close it was to summerfest grounds.

Cons:

On arrival we came to the unload area and myself and kids came in to check in. We were put on the 4th floor where we found a multi tool kit wedged in the door as well as a dust mop and a chemical spray in the door way. The room reeked of paint. So I went back to the office where there was only one guy helping all the guest check in. He did move me immediately to the ground floor but. Pearly had no idea what was going on in the hotel rooms. The ONE functioning elevator took forever, making the room change an even longer process. We went to our event late and came back even later and had pizza delivered. Next morning we were woke up by a housekeeper banging on the door asking if we were checking out or staying. I told her we were checking out at a 11, she repeated back and walked away….. the beds were hard and the pillows were so thin and honestly the room could of been cleaned. Honestly will be trying a different hotel when we come back to Milwaukee.

The location is within walking distance of dozens of attractions. We strolled to the Fiserv Forum and Third Ward. The building seemed new and clean. Breakfast was included. ☺️
