Clean and safe stay. You should give Ying a raise!
Pros:

Ying was super nice, accommodating and respectful. Can see how much of a hard worker he is and is dedicated to helping out the customer. Very impressed and made our stay that much better.

Cons:

Why I couldn’t check in early - knowing I said I’d be back super late - regardless of getting keys to my room. I just wanted to settle the sign in/ deposit to secure my room at 12pm vs midnight when returned .

Pros:

An outstanding yet no-frills location! Room is huge and has an abundance of all the living/travelling supplies that you could need. Supply of towels was impressively generous. Breakfast was solid. Staff readily accommodated numerous requests. Overall this hotel seems to have perfected the art of keeping things simple, while having everything one could ask for. Great job to the team!

Did not have high expectations to start, but was pleasantly surprised by the the experience.

Just drove across Milwaukee and needed a sure place for the night. This was beyond what I was hoping for. Room was nice and the area felt safe even when I checked in late. Got breakfast to-go and it was surprisingly good

The room was contemporary, with updated finishes, and the bed was really comfortable.” About a ten minute walk to 3rd Street Market Hall The breakfast was hot, filling and included so I didn't have to find somewhere to eat before my meetings.

My Experience
Pros:

I stayed here for a work conference and the location is unbeatable. Not far from convention center and the room was like new. Hot breakfasts every morning were a nice surprise I wasn't anticipating.
