Great location, property and service.
Pros:

Hot breakfast was great. Workout room was big and great. Staff was helpful. Room was comfy and clean.
Our room had a great view of the lake. It was peaceful and beautiful.

Cons:

Our toilet paper holder was wonky and not secured to the wall properly.
The peloton bike required an account to be able to get stats while using. That was annoying.

What was a very comfortable stay?
Pros:

Tricia, manager for evenings was exceptional. She was professional kind and went above. Our expectations on several requests. Ex. extra chair or even a glass of milk. . She was quick to respond. Breakfast was good rest of the staff and met was good.The pool was very nice

Great hospitality clean/friendly
Pros:

Eden Prairie location was enjoyable. Very clean, fresh and seems like a new hotel. Shout out for Isabella who was meeting many needs with great hospitality and efficiency. The breakfast was above average and staff cook was efficient with a busy eating area and oh so pleasant. Recommended.

This was the best Hampton I’ve stayed in, and honestly one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed in.
Pros:

Top notch, modern facility. Excellent decor, comfortable beds, excellent staff.

Cons:

There was some highway noise from proximity to 494.
