Tricia, manager for evenings was exceptional. She was professional kind and went above. Our expectations on several requests. Ex. extra chair or even a glass of milk. . She was quick to respond. Breakfast was good rest of the staff and met was good.The pool was very nice

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, an issue that even Hilton Corporate Guest Assistance ignored after I called to file a complaint following check-in. I had booked the Hampton Inn in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, for a corporate event with my clients over the weekend, resulting in a total of 28 reserved nights. Because it was my event, I had no option to stay elsewhere.
That morning, I experienced a traumatic emergency and arrived at the hotel earlier than planned. At the front desk, I was met by a woman named Mary, whose response was shockingly rude and lacking in empathy. She completely stripped me of my dignity as I stood there sobbing. I explained that I had clients in the hotel at that moment and begged her to help me so they wouldn’t see me in that state. Eventually, I was able to reach someone I knew and stay in their room for a few hours until my own room became available.
I filed a complaint with Hilton Corporate, and they assured me that someone would look into the situation and follow up. That never happened. While the weekend staff were kind and professional, my experience upon checkout was appalling. The manager, Scott, was dismissive, condescending, and even laughed at the situation at times, blaming and shaming me instead of showing compassion. Thankfully, I had begun recording, so I have everything on video.
I am deeply disgusted by the behavior of these two staff members at the Hampton Inn Eden Prairie and extremely disappointed that Hilton Corporate has ignored my complaint and failed to address it during my stay. I would not, under any circumstances, recommend this hotel to anyone, especially women. Based on my experience, I do not believe it is a safe or supportive environment.
Our room was clean, quiet in the evenings, breakfast had a little bit of everything for everyone. The parking was fair, too many Tesla chargers in my opinion. The outside was clean and well maintained landscaping.
Got to the hotel around midnight, the front desk was quick to find our room, and get us keys.

On-line app checkin is a joke. Just didn't work. When I got there the night desk person required my credit card again for a security deposit. I told her I already had a card on file, but that wasn't good enough. I tried to tap then chip read the card I used, but that failed. For security, my business card has no numbers printed on it, and the desk agent wouldn't accept it. I had to give her another card with visible numbers, which she couldn't read anyway. And she manually entered the number. Now, I'm concerned there was a manual copy made of my card number and it's out in the wild. So now I have to monitor my bank account for fraud.
The room was clean and quiet, but very average. The problem is, I regularly pay 30-50% less than this rate for similar rooms, so this was NOT a good price or value. Breakfast also was average, not great, barely adequate. Soggy limp bacon, dry eggs, etc.
Staff is always amazing that is why we stay there.
Excellent hotel, clean, new facilities with breakfast included. Staff is always happy to help and very kind. We had an amazing stay.
