I will never stay at this hotel again. The Holiday Inn and Marriott are much nicer at the same price
Pros:

The pool area was nice, but it was too cold to use it.

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited and the rooms were incredibly small. You could hardly walk around in the room. There isn't a closet area, so one of the bags had to be placed on the floor.

Disappointed in Booking.com
Pros:

The lounge area looked nice and clean and has some extras, like board games and a pool table. It also has a swimming pool, which we didn’t use. Breakfast was a combination of hot and baked foods, although limited.

Hotel is located close to the interstate which many restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The room didn’t have working air conditioning and it was hot. Staff tried to make it right by bringing a fan. They stated they didn’t have any other rooms and said they would provide a full refund but I had to call booking.com for the refund. I called but they would only give me 20% back, even after telling me the hotel said they would refund it all but it was up to booking.com to make the final decision. So, be sure to book directly with the hotel!

Rooms and hallways had a sewer odor. Traveled with 3 other families and they smelled it too.

Requested in advance my room to be near my elderly parents’ room but they were on separate floors.


Breakfast was decent, although they didn’t turn on juice machine until my parents were done eating (30 minutes after breakfast started), didn’t have caffeines coffee machine working until later too. Yogurt machine never did work. Much of the food was not replenished with an hour left of breakfast. Again, I was there for most of the 3 hours because of the multi-families that we were with.

The housekeeping was loud check out was @ 11 and they started at 830 and knocked on our door even with the do not disturb on there.

The beds were not comfortable, and the pillows were not good at all, and the connecting rooms, as well as the refrigerator, barely held our food

No frills here.
Pros:

Very simple tiny room. It had a dorm room feel. There were very few plugs to charge devices. None on one side of the bed. Had to unplug the lamp to get an outlet. Good thing I carry an extension cord with USBs.
There is no coffee pot or microwave in the room. A 1st for me.
The bed was very uncomfortable. It was hard. Pillows were soft. The room was clean.
Breakfast was poor at best. Eggs were refrigerator cold and their sausage had a similar taste to wet paper. Coffee was awful. Full of grounds and a poor flavor.
I would not recommend. It's expensive for what you get. Better options right down the road for the same money.

Problem was reservation via booking.com
On Nov 27 I was attempting to make reservation 3 rooms, myself and 2 of my friends. As soon as finishing reservation, screen said reservation didn’t go through, we will refund you, so I made another reservation just for myself and my friends did their own and I presume that everything is taken care
When I showed up on Dec 18 at hotel, was told that I have 3 rooms under my name and another one. Apparently 3 room which supposedly cancelled was till on. I was misled by booking.com.
So initiated dispute through credit card co. and notified hotel also.
It is not a pleasant experience, certainly don’t want to repeat.
