was an expensive nap and shower as I checked in after 1 am and met the shuttle at 5:55am

All good. When calling to request shuttle, I had problems getting thru because of my US Voip app. The staff noticed and proactively called me back. This was an unexpected level of attention and service. These personal little things matter!
