Disgusting rooms and bathrooms
Pros:

It was terrible experience, I was shocked how was hajjis lives there on their trip for Umrah or Hujj. I try to add video of bathroom but unfortunately it’s not giving me option. Person who checked in us was really rude. They have no respects for guest. Please do not book this hotel otherwise you spoil your whole trip

OUTDATED DIRTY HOTEL .. VERY DISAPPOINTING STAY IN BLESSED CITY OF MADINAH
Pros:

Very Outdated Hotel !! Old Bathroom, Dirty windows, Dusty furniture .. (Plz see pics).. no hooks to hang clothes in Bathroom or Room !! no coffee or tea provided even thou cups and kettle there ?? bedsheets dirty and stained !! flies in room .. only top marks is the view from the room to Masjid Al.Nabawi .. very disappointed with our first time experience to Madinah by booking into this old fashioned outdated hotel ..

Never book this one
Pros:

You know as soon as you enter the reception that you have made an error by booking this hotel. Wouldn't recommend it for families. Rooms are dirty. bathroom tiles are broken and mouldy, no cleaning was done during the stay. The staff is so rude and arrogant that ruins your experience near the Holy mosque. Overall very unprofessional vibes from the management. They treat customers like beggers. Such a shame that ruined my time in Marina.
