This hotel was perfect for our weekend in Brighton. Close to everything we wanted. Very basic but functional as we only wanted the room to sleep, it didn’t need to be large. Would stay there again.
Hotel was super close to the sea front and very convenient for the city centre. Only stayed one night for a gig on the beach so was perfect for this.
The curtain was too light, the light came in in the morning and woke me up, needs a blackout blind. Thin walls so you could hear everything. The shower curtain was poor so when you showered the water went all over the bathroom floor. It just all needed a bit of an update and sort out.
Wonderful stay at the hotel. Really clean and comfortable. The only issue was parking as I didn't realise you had to book parking before you arrive, so spent an hour getting through Brighton to find parking I had to book online through Just Park. Great stay otherwise!
The hotel was very basic but reasonable priced. Needs a bit of TLC. Staff were lovely and helpful
Op loop afstand naar het centrum, het hotel was prima. Werkt goed met de codes.
Cheerful and clean room and bathroom. Aswell as a kettle, tea and coffee, there was also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Would happily stay here again. Stayed in room G2.
Good location, arrival instructions clear, room clean a little noisy , we were in basement room !
Our 2nd stay in as many weeks. On both occasions, room was excellent and very clean.
Love the toiletries 😆
Lovely room at good price
部屋は清潔です。ヨーロッパあるあるかもしれませんが、クーラーがありません。泊った日は暑かったのでちょつと寝苦しかったです。
あと、階段しかないので荷物がたくさんある場合は大変です。
Nice hotel close to the beach
Do not stay here, the photos on booking.com are not from this building .couldn't believe how shocking this was and not cheap. Window would not shut, cobwebs that had been there for months. Please see real photos below
Check-in e check-out svolti in maniera autonoma senza contatti con i proprietari.
Good location. Good value. Comfortable and clean.
Great location, simple check-in (access codes sent in advance) good price, limited parking (the advert said parking available but found out their 3 spaces were all taken after I booked - I found free parking on a Sunday up near the racecourse), no hot water
Great value for money, easy check in. Nice location, good shower, fine size. Only issue would be the heat - radiator was off since we got there, had the windows open and the fan on full and was still boiling hot.
Cute room, good amenities nice area
Was gifted a ‘two night getaway’ for Christmas, chose to stay in ocean breeze as we could upgrade to a deluxe room with private bathroom (not shared), pictures looked quirky and nice, and it was close to seafront and other amenities. It was an odd experience, when checking in I didn’t receive the code for the building or keys. There is never anyone at the reception, so had to call but I was told there wasn’t a booking for us. After checking it turned out we were in the hotel up the road, I had booked parking as well but there was no key. Had to call again, wait for the receptionist to come round to drop off a key, but had to go back to other hotel to get it. Lot of faff to check in. When checked in, room was not bad, but was not what I would consider a deluxe room considering we had paid extra to upgrade. Had kettle and tea and coffee facilities, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and room to hang clothes with hangers and shelves. Room itself was slightly bigger than a double bed with bathroom on the side. Bathroom was okay, mould on the shower ceiling and shower wasn’t great, I think we were sharing water as the pressure and temperature dropped and changed a lot during our stay. The bed in the room unfortunately was horrific, sinking in the middle so very uncomfortable. We actually turned the entire mattress around and moved the slats underneath the bed but it was the same, made a big difference to our trip as we did not sleep well during our entire stay. The hotel is a good distance from the seafront (10 minute walk) and from main things to do in Britton, parking is worth adding too if you stay. But unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again.
Contrary to other reviews. Our room was clean. Beds freshly made and the shower was fine.
A no frills hotel. But everything you needed for a decent night's sleep.
Bed was comfortable, but quite low to the ground.
Close to local shops and lots of places to eat.
Not too far from the sea front.
Only down side would be the parking situs in Brighton. Car park prices are exorbitant. £35 for 24 hours.
Met by polite and helpful member of staff.
Pleasant stay. Would recommend
