No funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado
El desayuno perfecto. Lo que más me gustó fue el confort de la habitación, bastante amplia y muy limpia. Y la ubicación del hotel es excepcional
Las bebidas en el bufet había que pagarlas, eso es un error grave en un hotel, ya que en ningún hotel me había pasado jamás.
La comida es de muy buena calidad y variada

Frukosten och middagen var väldigt bra och personalen på restaurangen. Läget bra och fin utsikt. I övrigt fint och rent på hotellet.
Städningen kan förbättras. Lakan byttes inte på hela vistelsen (1 vecka). Flera gånger när handdukar skulle bytas så fick vi enbart 2 uppsättningar men vi hade lagt undan 3 uppsättningar eftersom vi var 3 personer. Flera gånger byttes inte skedar och glas till nya fräscha i rummet. Vi fick flertalet gånger gå ner till receptionen och antingen be om en extra handduk eller att de skulle byta våra glas. Då byttes de iallafall men man ska inte behöva säga till på ett 4 stjärnigt hotell. Poolen kunde rengjorts mer.

A limpeza podia ter sido melhor, não limpavam a areia no chão do quarto e não tiravam os cabelos no ralo da banheira. Um dos quartos não dava para regular a temperatura do ar condicionado e a porta do frigorífico não fechava bem.
The rooms were beautiful, they were spacious and clean and had a balcony which got sun in the evening. The pool area is clean and peaceful with many sunbeds so there is no stress about getting a bed. The breakfast was exceptional, so much choice and fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had other areas of the hotel with sunbeds too which made natural shade, perfect for an afternoon nap. 30 minute walk into Cala d’or which is broken up nicely by bars on the marina. Small square of shops bars and restaurants a stones throw from hotel so no need to go into town every night. Beach club opposite gave a young vibe and where we went most days
The general age group for the hotel is of an older generation. The decor inside was old and rigid which made us not want to go to the bar area or the restaurant for dinner. We went out each night as the entertainment was also dated
Location to beach was good but in a very quiet area of Cala d’Or.
The lounge and breakfast room are very outdated.
