Disappointing stay at this particular Tru Hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. We have stayed many times at different Tru Hotels and they have had better selections at other hotels. It was just ok.

Cons:

booked on line and booked two king rooms. We got one king and one double. The guy at the front desk said they didn't have any rooms with two king beds in them. He had no idea that I had booked two seperate rooms, both with king beds. Then our tv didn't work, and we discovered there weren't batteries in the remote. He had no batteries either. Finally after over 30 minutes he was able to locate batteries but had to call someone to reset the tv, so that it would work. It was just a nightmare. We didn't like that we had NO towels. We had to wait until the next morning to get towels. The guy at the front desk told us the cleaning crew didn't show up that day so nobody did any laundry. They were doing some type of construction to the room that adjoined ours and we had to call the lobby to get them to stop the madness at 12:30AM because we couldn't sleep with all the noise from pounding and other noise. It was not right to have that going on that late at night. We love the Tru brand in general, but this facility needs some guidance, some managing and some common sense. Tthe front desk folks were very nice, but they simply didn't have a clue.

Very pleasant and welcoming.
Pros:

It was beautiful and very clean. Staff was very friendly. Room was gorgeous. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. It’s fantastic.

I would come back or use this chain again we always go with Hilton
Pros:

I thought it was kind of minimalist in their decorating kind of basic but it all works ! You have everything you need I would totally have stayed longer if we weren’t picking up our horse

Cons:

I don’t feel they were missing anything really it’s very quiet at nite

It was MEH at best.
Pros:

Room and building close, but NOT as good as TN location.

Cons:

Breakfast NOTHING like TN. Very Econolodge like. Whoever controlling that budget needs training. Send them to TN and TAKE NOTES!!!! Then duplicate! We may be back to see if improved. After that, we will drive by!

Close to Hershey
Pros:

Clean hotel!
Mina, the evening desk person, was exceptionally helpful and personable!!
We especially enjoyed the Lavazza coffee and the soap in bathroom was so fragrant.
Would stay here again if in the area.

It was fine for one night away. We appreciated the blackout curtains and the comfy bed.
Pros:

Clean beds and bathroom. Filtered water was a nice touch. Modern and updated look was nice

Cons:

Breakfast was not good. The room was clean but the elevator and halls were dirty with a smell. Messed up our room because of third party website mistake.

Great breakfast, clean rooms and friendly staff
Pros:

Staff at check in we're polite and informative. The hotel in every area was clean. My room specifically was clean and had great storage amenities. Room and bathroom was the perfect size. Highly reccomend. The breakfast spread was great. They have an automatic pancake maker that is so much easier to use than the hotels with the waffle maker. I have to attend another event in a few months and will be staying there again. Im already booked!

Cons:

I stayed on the 4th floor and others staying at the same time were smoking weed and cigarettes in non smoking rooms. 2 of the 3 days the hallway really smelled of smoke and it seeped into my room a bit. Wish I had an air freshner.

Very clean and quiet, and a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Pros:

Decent breakfast not great! Scrambled eggs were dry and chopped up tooooo much. No containers of milk available! Coffee was VERY good. Clean eating area.

Cons:

See above comment. Would like to have a microwave in the room.

Expensive place with so many others around, I will look at other places next time.
Cons:

The room was very small, could not imagine 2 people in it.
Breakfast was unappealing, powered eggs, microwaved sausages, yogurt machine didn't work, pancake machine didn't work.
I had no hot water 2 nights of a 4 night stay.
The price was not what was quoted by Booking.com, ended paying $50 more at check-in
