The room was OK, sparse but clean.
Pros:

Breakfast had some nice healthy choices, It was fine for a free breakfast.

Cons:

Upon check in I asked for a bottle of water, as there were cases of water behind the check in counter. I was met with it’s only for our diamond members. Really you can’t spare a .50 cent bottle of water. It appears that policy has over run common sense.
Neither the check in staff or morning staff at the front desk can smile or say Good morning or Good evening.

It was ok for a night but wouldn’t want to stay much longer.
Pros:

Location, decent breakfast, friendly staff

Cons:

It was pretty minimalist, which isn’t bad but nothing to rave about. The floor in the room was buckling and the shower leaked from under the unit itself. One ply toilet paper.

Good price, clean but bare bones hotel.
Pros:

The location and cost was perfect for us. We wanted easy access to Hollywood Casino and Hershey businesses. My husband is handicapped and the layout of the room was excellent.

Cons:

Unless it was due to the room being handicapped accessible, I felt the room was bare bones. I wasn't able to find a comfortable chair to sit or work at in the entire hotel.
