My family booked a one night stay through booking.com and even though we had a confirmation, the hotel “lost” our reservation. Not sure if this was the hotel or booking.com to be honest. Luckily we called beforehand or we never would have known.
Then after finally getting that taken care of to make sure we weren’t charged, we booked another reservation with the hotel directly for the same night. Prior to our arrival, we get a an email saying that one of our rooms had been canceled. Thank goodness we didn’t show up on site to check in.
We abruptly canceled the other room because it wouldn’t fit our entire group.
This was a disaster all around, don’t book here!
Overall it was clean and staff was friendly.
My toilet seat was loose. The outside of the toilet had someone's diarrhea that ran down the front of it that was not cleaned off. I seen it and wiped off myself. Did not mention to staff but was disappointed that it was missed because it was clearly visible on it.
Great hotel. Clean and safe. Maya, Marwan at the front desk were so helpful when our concert at Hershey got postponed. They were so professional and helpful and quick to call their manager, Olivia, and arrange for us to get an additional night at a reduced cost. Thank you so much for a perfect stay. Highly recommend. Very close to the venue we were attending. Hotel looks like it's new very modern and clean.
Hard to adjust air conditioner. Was either super cold or off.
The cost for the room was the best in the area for what we needed. The location was convenient for our concert at the casino. Staff were friendly. Coffee all the time was nice and was available. Parking was good and there was plenty of spaces.
Our AC didn't work when we arrived however, while we were at the concert, I received a text that it had been fixed so we just didn't have AC while we were getting ready. The breakfast was adequate. The room was clean but we noticed that all public areas had trash on the floor and seemed unclean.

This hotel the rooms were so small We felt clostrophobic. My husband is diamond member and I asked to be upgraded and they said that was the size of all king rooms. Not up to hilton standards. No garbage can in the bathroom. Not even a cup in the room for water. Not the staffs fault as they were great but would not stay there again.
