The room was OK, sparse but clean.
Pros:

Breakfast had some nice healthy choices, It was fine for a free breakfast.

Cons:

Upon check in I asked for a bottle of water, as there were cases of water behind the check in counter. I was met with it’s only for our diamond members. Really you can’t spare a .50 cent bottle of water. It appears that policy has over run common sense.
Neither the check in staff or morning staff at the front desk can smile or say Good morning or Good evening.

It was ok for a night but wouldn’t want to stay much longer.
Pros:

Location, decent breakfast, friendly staff

Cons:

It was pretty minimalist, which isn’t bad but nothing to rave about. The floor in the room was buckling and the shower leaked from under the unit itself. One ply toilet paper.

Good price, clean but bare bones hotel.
Pros:

The location and cost was perfect for us. We wanted easy access to Hollywood Casino and Hershey businesses. My husband is handicapped and the layout of the room was excellent.

Cons:

Unless it was due to the room being handicapped accessible, I felt the room was bare bones. I wasn't able to find a comfortable chair to sit or work at in the entire hotel.

VERY POOR customer service. DON’T LEAVE ITEMS or you will NEVER see them again!
Pros:

Compact, fairly clean. Not much else. Coffee in lobby was good.

Cons:

The staff was non existent - only a single person working at front desk. Refused to check quickly the day I left for some expensive clothing items I left. (My husband could not see my hanging dresses when clearing the room because some poorly placed clothing posts/ hooks were tucked behind the bathroom door when open.)
Front desk person promised several times to call me back over the next two days with the results of a search of the room and never called me back. As a result, when someone supposedly finally claimed they checked the room the next day, of course - nothing was found.
Left manager a message to call me about this. Still waiting for her call. Had to get a relative to physically talk to someone at the hotel.
Just no service at all.
Squeezable shampoo bottles were empty . Very poorly staffed, fridge is minuscule, bed was very hard.
Just every corner you can cut - no staff, no call backs, one person working breakfast for a supposedly full hotel- were CUT ! I know my loss of my clothing is ultimately my fault- but this staff kept promising to check into it and call me back and NEVER DID. Each time I CALLED THE FRONT DESK I was told he was too busy and would check within the next few hours; only to never get a call back. Even from manager.
Take your stay at Hershey elsewhere!

The rooms were clean and modern looking.

Cons:

The room wasn’t ready at check in time, after being told it would be ready in 40 minutes we returned and it still was not ready. They actually hadn’t even started cleaning it yet.

Also on day two of our stay house keeping arrived to tidy the room up. They threw away all of the contents of a reusable grocery bag we had near the fridge station. This included snacks, medicines and other personal care items for myself and children. When I went to the front desk to address this, nothing much was done.

Decent but wouldn’t stay again
Cons:

We always check for bedbugs upon arrival, and while looking, we found a lot of crumbs underneath the bed and yellow stains on the mattress. We brought these concerns to the staff, and they agreed to address the issues, but unfortunately, the cleaning was never done. Very disappointing experience.
