Night Manager was pleasant and helpful.
Pros:

Truly the best hotel we stayed in for all trip home. Very clean and the room was very spacious and functional.
Colors and presentation of simple things made the room feel very welcoming.

Wonderful staff, clean property, convienient location, and that free breakfast was top notch!
Pros:

The location of the property to all things Hershey Park related as well as other fun things to do was unbeatable! Everything felt very clean and was apparent that pride was taken in the appearance of the hotel!

Cons:

The only VERY minor, didn’t affect our stay in the slightest, thing I could think of is when staying on the first floor the doors out on the backside and the far end of the building slam shut and can be heard in the rooms.

Pros:

There was an abundance of breakfast items to choose from. My husband loved the coffee!
Also, I love that there’s a little nightlight in the bathroom.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the shower leaked a little onto the floor area in the bathroom due to a broken seal.
