The stay was cancelled with no explanation and whilst I got a refund, I booked it at the time I did as I realised it would be a struggle to find accommodation at this time. It was a struggle and obviously at a later date cost more.
Annoyingly it has never been removed as a booked stay and thay has probably made me madder than anything else.
The bed was very comfortable and bathroom had good shampoo and shower gell
It was dirty in places that werent obvious, for example down the sides of the bed was dirty and under the bed had clearly never been cleaned. There was black mold in the shower. The room had no tv remotes and none of 2 tvs could be used. Furthermore we arived 10 minutes after check in time and the room was still being cleaned and the staff hygiene was not very pleasant.
Shops nearby, good location in London. The staff are available on WhatsApp 24/7 with quick replies which was so helpful. Late check in available too but staff were very helpful online.
The rooms are smaller than what they look like in pics, the bath room was quite small and cramped too, small toilet too. Ideal for one person stay pushing to two, stayed with my friend and it was feeling a little cramped. No physical person at reception , done online

Staff rude, didn't answer WhatsApp when struggling with this properties difficult check in procedure, landline in entrance disconnected, room was dust not clean! Floor boreds move, false advertised with size of room, dirty glasses AWFUL

Do not stay here. Trust me just pay more and stay somewhere else. There’s no window no AC rooms are tiny and grotty with no light. My bed had bedbugs so I had to leave and book elsewhere. The building is completely unstaffed and the building door unlocked so absolutely anyone can walk in off the street and up to your rooms if they wanted to. Felt really really unsafe so wouldn’t recommend any women to stay here especially if you are alone.
Were doing building works in the property and was all dusty. My bigger surprise was that when we entered the room was not clean bed unmade like is someone else was stating in there. Left immediately as did not feel a safe place to stay.
Bit noisy heard a few sirens during the night . Can’t rate staff as I didn’t see any .
No noise, I could concentrate on my work.
The room was so small, like a prison or cubicle, no air conditioning just a dusty fan. We couldn’t check in until 3pm, which was unpleasant as we travelled from a far distance.
We just stayed for 1 night there, and left very early in the morning.

Water pressure - cold tap in bathroom sink only capable of a dribble
Socket location - only accessible sockets are above bed so have to have any devices lying on bed with you
We liked the fact that it was fairly close it was to the city centre, they provided us with a fan (we went during a heat wave), the kitchen was small but had everything you needed (they provided tea/coffee/milk/oatmilk/sugar), the bed was comfortable and the check-in easy, we didn’t experience any noise from the neighbors!
It was cleaned but very very very dusty tbh, no salt and a sponge to clean the dishes in the kitchen which could have be provided, the area it’s not the best (we didn’t feel too safe but we also didn’t feel to bad about it), the noise from the street could be a problem for a light sleeper (loads of sirens that contribute to the fact we didn’t feel too comfortable about the area)

Didn’t love the no reception aspect. The room its self was clean but no AC and a broken fan in the room.
