A gentileza dos funcionários, destaque para o Sr. Marcelo que nos atendeu super bem, muito atencioso, simpático, indicando locais para passeios e locais de alimentação, inclusive horários, excelente profissional.

Cons:

Ficamos em uma acomodação bem ampla, o único detalhe foi o local que fica a TV, nada que atrapalhe a estadia ou o local, mas poderiam rever a instalação em outro local.

Em Nova Petropólis sempre escolhemos a Pousada Serrana, pois nos sentimos em casa e bem recebidos.

Foi uma estadia boa , tudo perfeito , como eu imaginava.
