Staff was very polite and helpful. Ambience was great and very clean. We are not used to do the open concept of the sink area and separating shower and WC area.
Nice and cozy place to stay. Staff are very helpful.
The only thing nice about staying here was the breakfast. Checking in was quite a hazzle the room was not even ready at 5PM and very surprisingly the towels were not appropriate for a five star hotel.
A nice hotel, the service is a little slow and the breakfast options are a bit limited. It is weird the rooms don’t have a desk - just an awkward round table
Overall very nice stay but can tell from furniture there are old stains and wear and tear. Feels

Nice room and view
Our door lock was damaged it wouldn't work no matter what we do. The lock got stuck. We got locked in and it took over 30 mins wait and repeated calls for the service personnel to come to break the lock and release us. We were almost late for our appointment.

Beautiful hotel and amenities. The gym is fantastic, the staff will go above and beyond to help, and it’s a great location
Its the best that Bandung has, which arguably isnt that much but still. Breakfast was ok, hotel did their best with the room though there are clear signs of datedness. Its also very near some cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions. Id stay here again if i ever came back to Bandung.

The hotel's facilites (gym, sauna and swimming pool) are clean, good maintenence and look like new. The staff are friendly too. Family friendly hotel near ITB and Parahyangan Universities.
The hotel is pretty new but the building is not really well maintained compare to well-known chained hotel that has been existed for many years back.
The room is comfy enough. Breakfast is just ok and very standard for 5 ⭐️ hotel.

1. Suara knalpot dan klakson kendaraan sangat bising bahkan jam 00.30-04.00 banyak kendaraan yg kebut-kebutan. Sy hanya istirahat selama 3 jam sepanjang malam.
2. Door closer tidak dapat menutup sempurna. Pintu harus ditutup sendiri agar terkunci dari luar
3. Suhu maksimum air panas hanya terasa hangat suam-suam kuku saja, tidak terasa panas.
