Great location, super helpful staff and bartender, rooms are really clean, great bed and shower. Very close to subway and tons of pastry shops and bars.

Staff was very kind and extremely helpful. Location is great well connected to downtown, gion and other areas, room was extremely clean and decent size.
Breakfast options are limited and this is an hotel where several groups from travel agencies stay hence the common areas were messy especially during breakfast time

Zimmer zum dunklen Hinterhof direkt an der Lüftungsanlage (wurde auf meinen Wunsch getauscht). Personal am Frühstücksbuffet könnte freundlicher sein.

駅からすぐのロケーションと、モダンでおしゃれなだけでなく清潔に整えられたお部屋がとても良かったです！
部屋清掃希望のステッカーを出していなくても清掃がされていたことには驚きましたが、ベッドメイキングやタオル交換等が行われ綺麗になっていたので逆に嬉しかったです。
フロントデスクのある1階の香りが私には少し強めで、ホテルへの出入りの際少し気になりました。滞在した部屋のある階は無臭でした。

One of the worst hotel experiences I have had in Japan.
I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The overall condition of the property, the cleanliness, the facilities and, particularly, the customer service were completely unacceptable.
The rooms were poorly maintained, with stained curtains, insects and unpleasant smells. The hotel itself had a generally unpleasant smell, and the reception area was constantly cluttered with luggage, creating a chaotic and unwelcoming atmosphere.
One of the biggest problems was the extremely unreliable Wi-Fi connection. The internet kept disconnecting during important work meetings, making it almost impossible for me to work. As a result, I ended up using almost all my personal travel mobile data.
Despite complaining several times, the staff failed to provide a proper solution. Instead, I was taken to another room with a terrible smell and expected to sit there for approximately 20 minutes testing the internet connection myself. I find it completely unacceptable that a paying guest should be responsible for testing the hotel’s facilities from room to room. This is something the hotel should have checked and resolved before offering the rooms to guests.
To make matters worse, when I asked about disposing of an old suitcase, I was quoted an astonishing ¥5,000, which I found completely unreasonable.
The way the hotel handled my complaints showed a complete lack of professionalism and consideration for guests.
Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. The hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, customer service and basic facilities.
I would absolutely not stay here again and cannot recommend it.
