The odor in the room.

The desk chairs in the room have wheels on a tile floor. I proceeded to sit on the chair and it rolled out from under me causing me to injure myself, day of check out. I went to the front desk for some medical supplies, no one was there. We also found that the floor was not clean when we arrived. There were scattered beer bottles around the property outside, and several “truckers/workers” out side drinking. We did not feel like we were in a very safe area. I was charged 177.00 for the night well over what I should have paided for AAA / AARP rate. The front desk advised she was not able to do anything. This was very disappointing .

I booked a room online and drove 11 hours to get there. Once I got to the location the lady told me my reservation was canceled without me knowing or doing it. She told me I had to pay 129 for the room and another 129 because it was considered an early check in which wasnt my fault because I didn’t cancel the room. I travel for work to that location at least once a week my wife or myself reserved the room. I will never never stay there again because I had to sleep in my truck for 6 hours uncomfortable.

Don't like the shower heads

When we walked into our room, we immediately noticed a bad smell. I chalked it up to some weird cleaning chemical at first, but then at night while I was sleeping, the smell intensified to the most awful smell of mold/sulfur/sewage and I couldn’t even sleep because it was so bad. We were wondering if it was coming from the air conditioner and even went so far as to try to clean out the air conditioner filters. We covered all the drains with cups. Nothing seemed to be working. I asked for a change of room the next day and was told that the place was fully booked. Apparently, the construction workers use this hotel to stay at when they’re on a job nearby. We stayed for the rest of our nights, trying to manage the smell by covering the drains and not running the air conditioner, which seemed to help a little with the smell and make it tolerable to finish our stay until we could get out of there. Oh and there was a huge cockroach on the floor right when we exited the elevator. It was there for at least a full day before it was finally cleaned up.

When settled down for the night, getting into bed noticed bed sheets and pillow cases not washed. (Stunk Badly). Was asked for me to bring pillows and sheets down to front desk and get new ones. Then after returning sheets and pillows to front desk was told they don't have any xtra. I had to ask for a new room and I got an attitude from hotel personnel.
Next day key card didn't work so I went down to front desk and no one there to help. I went to the opened door in back and was told not to enter as I witnessed all staff sitting and doing nothing, I asked if anyone is working front desk and got another attitude.
Every night men playing cards and grilling outside of back entrance.
This place very unprofessional and needing new management.

Everything was perfect.

THE PILLOWS ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!
