המלון יפה. הנוף שנשקף מחדרינו בקומה ה 19 היה נפלא. החדר נוח ומאובזר עם מקומות איחסון נוחות. המזגן טוב מאד. מיטה גדולה .הכריות מאד נוחות. מקלחת נוחה ומרווחת עם מקומות איחסון . מגבות טובות רכות ועבות. מוצרי טיפוח טובים. מכונת קפה. סידור חנייה טוב. צוות שירותיי ונחמד בכל המלון. בר נחמד. הרבה אופציות למסעדות באזור. וילונות החשכה טובים. בסוויטה שהיינו בה יש 2 טלוויזיות בחדר השינה ובסלון הקטן.

Cons:

המיטה הייתה מאד נוחה לאישי לי הייתה רכה מידי (עניין של טעם). לשמיכות אין ציפות אלא סדינים ששמים מתחת לשמיכה. היינו 3 בסוויטה אז ילדתנו ישנה על הספה שהייתה לא כל כך נוחה קשה. אפשר לפתוח את הספה למיטה אבל גם המיטה הנפתחת הייתה לא נוחה. החניה מאד יקרה. בלילה הראשון מצאנו את אחד הסדינים מלוכלך. החליפו לנו אבל היה לא נעים למצוא את זה. למרות שהיינו בקומה גבוהה יכלנו לשמוע קולות של אופנעים בחוץ וגם של פעמון הכנסייה. המלון עצמו שקט. לא שמענו רעש מהשכנים.

Great location, great staff, just missed the mark of excellence.
Pros:

Loved the bathroom amenities, great hot tub, the valet staff was incredible.
The app to control the temperature and lights from my phone was so convenient.
Loved having the ability to cast to the tv from my phone.
Towels were perfect.

Cons:

The pillows. Needed ones that were less thick.
Didn’t get a towel refresh on day two even though the staff came and took old towels.

Pros:

The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious, comfortable beds. Great views on the waterfront. Great gym.

Cons:

I was surprised we hade to pay for parking given the price per night. Breakfast was not a great experience. It was sit down, with slow service and the food was not very good. Next time will just go to a café nearby
