Te cancelan la reserva sin avisarte

Hola hice una reserva y avisé que iva a llegar al hotel entre las 1:00am y 2 :00 am del día viernes llegó al hotel y ya lo habían dado a otra personas no me avisaron nada de nada cuando llegó me dijo la que atiende que ellos también trabajan en forma particular y es una falta de respeto que te tomen la reserva y se lo den a otra persona y menos de avisarte y tuve que buscar otro hotel a esas horas de la madrugada .
