Cimici nel letto

Sono rimasta nella struttura per la seconda notte solo per la cortesia dell'host (una signora anziana) che ha permesso il parcheggio della nostra moto nel suo garage.
Camera con pessimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Un ospite aveva scritto di un morso di cimice durante la notte ma, poiché quella recensione risaliva a settembre 2025, ho prenotato ugualmente pensando che il problema fosse stato prontamente risolto,
A distanza di 10 mesi, ho constatato che il materasso era pieno di parassiti: solo in un paio d'ore ne ho schiacciati 7/8.
(La mia salvezza è stata che ero rimasta sveglia fino a tardi nel letto).
Evidente che nulla era stato fatto nonostante quella segnalazione.
Il figlio, in rappresentanza dell' host (una signora anziana), voleva convincermi che si era trattato di due episodi isolati e che le cimici erano state portate in camera dagli ospiti !!!
Credo che dopo la mia forte segnalazione, Booking abbia bloccato le prenotazioni.
In quella stanza, museo come d'altronde tutta la casa di due persone ultra ottantenni, andrebbe bruciato il materasso e fatta una profondissima disinfestazione.
Il bagno non è nella camera, bisogna uscire perché sta sul pianerottolo.

Hostess was very accommodating and the room was very clean.

The private bath was exclusive, but not en suite. The room was extremely hot and the fans didn't help much.

Les gerants sont plutot agreables (tant qu on leur demande pas de facture)

La salle de bains privative... partagée
Les punaises de lit qui m'ont piqué une 30 de fois en 3 jours
Le manque d'insonorisation qui reveille a chaque personne qui entre, sort, va aux toilettes, ...
La facture fournie est un fait un mail de 3 lignes sans valeur juridique et avec un montant erroné

Ottimo per qualità prezzo
Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
A circa 30 min, con i mezzi, dal centro, con uber 15 min.
Zona tranquilla.
Per stare 3/4 giorni é un ottima soluzione.
L' host é cordiale.

Ideal para dos días

La casa es preciosa y la dueña muy amable

Cons:

La cama es muy incómoda, se notan los muelles por todo el colchón y no te deja descansar. El lugar está bien pero si buscas dormir y reponer fuerzas para otro día de cuestas por Oporto, quizá no sea el sitio para ti. Si vas para dos o tres días cumple, pero más tiempo sería mortal para la espalda y descanso. Tampoco da lugar a intimidad puesto que el baño no está dentro de la habitación y duermes pared con pared con la dueña.

Reserva cancelada no dia do check-in

Infelizmente tive a minha reserva cancelada no dia do check-in, mesmo depois do proprietário ter ligado no dia anterior para confirmar, o que me causou imenso transtorno por ter que procurar hospedagem de última hora e consequentemente valores exorbitantes.

La habitación es espaciosa y la cama súper cómoda. El baño también tiene lo necesario, agua caliente para ducharse y estaba limpio
