Pros:

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is near to a mall so it was very good for doing last minute shopping while also wanting to stay near the airport area. We used the hotel's shuttle option to get to our morning flight and that was exceptionally convenient. The bathroom in the room was small but there were extra gendered toilet outside the floor if needed. The hotel also had a scale if you wanted to weigh your bags.

Cons:

The location of the hotel is a few min walk from the nearest train station. Not very far but will be difficult if you are carrying heavy luggage's. While the hotel doesn't have many floors and it not high up, it doesn't have a elevator so you'll need to carry your bag up a few steps to your room. However, the staff were helpful with assisting with our bags.

It was awesome. Go for it if you get it for a good price.
Pros:

The property is beautiful and it was a very comfortable room. The place is so close to the Osaka international airport and yet not so much traffic on the road in front of the hotel It was peaceful. The sea is nearby so that adds to the pleasant winds.

Cons:

You need to walk a bit from the nearest station. Not a problem if you do not have heavy bags with you.

Relaxing
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. Grace and Felix were very helpful.

Cons:

The smoking room is right at the bottom of the stairs and you have to walk by it to get to your room. You should move the smoking room to the end of the hall, so you don't have to walk by it to get to your room or have people smoke outside where other guests don't have to breath it.

スタッフの方がとても親切
Pros:

今回は、息子の試合のために利用させていただきました。　会場絵のアクセス優先でこちらに決めましたが、ただ泊まるだけなら何も不便はなく古いホテルでしたが綺麗に清掃されていいて快適にすごせました。
何よりスタッフの方はどなたも親切でとても気持ちよく利用することができました。ありがとうございます。
また　次回　機会があれば迷わずこちらのホテルを利用したいと思います！

Good value for money, transfer to the airport included
Pros:

Location, close to the airport, room was small but clean. The staff is friendly and speaks english. It is very convenient to book the room with transfer to the airport included. Bed is comfortable. Hotel is close to the train station so when you get off, you only have the walk a couple minutes.
