Pros:

The shuttle arrived on time - sharp at the minute! The communication with the staff through the app was easy - they replied to my queries promptly. Very nice customer service. Clean and quiet space - it is ideal for either arriving late at the airport or to spend a night before catching a flight (free shuttle service to and from the airport). The price might seem too high for the place (also facilities are a little bit worn out / old looking) but if you factor in that you get a free shuttle one way/return to the airport then price actually is very cheap!

Overall I recommend this place.

Nice hotel if you need to stay a night close to the airport!
Pros:

They picked me up from the airport which is great! The room had ac, a mini fridge and comfortable beds.

Cons:

There was a weird smell in the bathroom and with the sinks being open I was worried I would drop something in there and lose it.

Perfekt vor einem frühen Flug am nächsten Tag
Pros:

Alles tippitoppi
Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Da sicher kein Ferienresort, perfekt auf dem Weg zum oder vom Flughafen.
Rezeptionisten (aus Indonesien) sprechen und verstehen besser Englisch als die meisten Japaner und sind aufgeschlossen für alles und total hilfsbereit. Es wurde darauf bestanden, meinen schweren Koffer die kleine Treppe hoch zu schleppen.
Schnuckelige Terrasse mit Karpfenteich, wo Raucher auch rauchen dürfen.
Großes Bett und ausreichend Platz im Zimmer, um großen Koffer auch aufklappen zu können. Ruhig, Gute Matratze und angenehme Kissen.
Fenster lassen sich öffnen, schöner Blick auf den Karpfenteich.
Riesen Einkaufszentrum mit dem größten bestsortierten Supermarkt (wie ein großer Checkin), den ich bisher in Japan gesehen habe und Restaurants (auch McDonald’s und KFC) 3 Minuten um die Ecke.
Restaurant mit Bar im Hotel bis nach Mitternacht geöffnet (nicht genutzt)
Airport Shuttle (15 Minuten Fahrt) zu einem sehr fairen Preis, der allerdings rechtzeitig vorgebucht werden muss.

Cons:

Schreibtisch, ja, aber kein Stuhl
Weder Duschgel, Shampoo oder Conditioner
Kühlschrank höllisch laut (kann man ausschalten)
Absturzgefahr beim Abstieg vom Bad ins Zimmer (wie bei vielen japanischen Hotels)
Nachttischlampe oder Steckdose am Bett wäre schön

Pros:

It is a good location, just a short distance from a station (which serves only local trains, though), and there is a large shopping centre nearby. The price is also cheaper than other airport hotels near KIX.

Cons:

Facilities are quite old. Although the room I stayed in was equipped with an air conditioner, it did not work properly, and a mini fridge's temperature dial was broken. Most things were just okay but somewhat shabby overall. If you want an affordable hotel just for a night, this one can be an option. But, personally, I will not use it again.

A cute little hotel, with an engaging staff, and a cozy ambience. Highly recommend the gem.
Pros:

It was close to the airport with easy access. The lady who was the manager was really nice and let me check in a little earlier as she saw me sitting in the lobby. She was very friendly and accommodating, and so were all the other staff. The ambience is also great with a small garden pond and great lobby with cozy sofas. Situated close to a shopping center in case you need to buy something and the train station is within easy access.

Cons:

Not much. I liked everything. They didn't have the extra pillow that I wanted, but, improvised and offered me an alternative and I was quite satisfied.
