Pidimme kaikesta! Sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa ja Zurichin rautatieaseman vieressä oli huippu. Sängyt olivat mukavat ja peitot muhkeat. Huone oli kotoisasti sisustettu ja valaistu. Huoneessa oli hana ja pesuallas, joten oli helppo saada raikasta juomavettä, ja pestä hampaat ja kasvot. Yhteiskäytössä olevat suihkut ja vessat olivat erittäin puhtaat, niissä kävi mielellään. Yhteiset tilat olivat viihtyisät, ja niissä oli jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin, ja teetä. Huoneessa oli tarjolla teetä ja kahvia yhtä iltaa tai aamua varten. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa, ja sisään kirjautuminen oli tehty helpoksi. Kaikesta tuli olo, että matkustajaa oli ajateltu.

Positively surprised!
Pros:

Extremely smooth check-in and checkout procedures. Perfect and convenient location at the centre. Reasonable price. Unexpectedly spacious room. Clean.

Cons:

The room can heat up a bit on a hot day.

Amazing value for the money.
Pros:

Great location. I had a room facing the canal and street and it was surprisingly quiet after 1130 or 12 or so. Baths are shared but there were two toilet rooms for 4 rooms on my floor and a total of 4 shower stalls in a separate dedicated shower room so no waiting. It’s a bit like a hostel but in a good way.

Pros:

I went for a conference and stayed for two nights. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean, with a sink. It even had a coffee capsule as a welcome gift 😁. The toilet and shower were in the hall but it wasn't a problem. Always available, clean, hot water. It was quiet too. I really appreciated the common room and kitchen, i could make a cup of tea late at night. Really cool hostel kind of place for those who like their privacy in their room.

Cons:

The mattress and pillow were way too soft. I have a neck problem and it gave me a headache from the odd angle of sleep. Please consider changing them for something fuller.

Pros:

The convenience of being in the old town AND having access to a communal lounge/eating area, refrigerator, quiet space, coffee/tea making facilities. It enabled us to buy some provisions from the close by shops without the need to eat out all the time.
Additionally, our river view room was very spacious with a very comfortable king size bed.

Great location to give you a wonderful taste of beautiful Zurich with excellent, kind staff.
Pros:

Excellent location in Zurich, close to all the wonderful restaurants, cafes and Niederdorf Strasse area.
The common room was very nice with great amenities and overlooking the river.
The room was nice and modern and bed was comfortable.
The staff were very kind throughout our stay for 2 nights and very helpful when my wife thought she had left her backpack on the tram. Immediately calling the transit system for us.

Location very convenient. Easy access to tram stop just outside. 8 mins walk to main train station.

Cons:

Had a,twin room. Small room no space for luggages. Bed was bad condition. Very small shower cubicle. No hooks to hang towel or clothes. Shared pantry equipped with Microwave and fridge.
