Pros:

Good location and very polite, pleasant staff. The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was excellent — truly delicious. The beds were comfortable, and the room had useful shelves and conveniently placed power sockets. The rooms are small, but the space is well organized. The internet connection was good and stable.

Cons:

The room was quite noisy because it faced directly onto the street, so we could hear motorbikes. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed. We could also hear the water pump all night, and the staff said there was nothing they could do to fix it.

A good stay in Shymkent
Pros:

A clean room, with very friendly staff. The location was perfect for us and they let us check in at 4:00 after an overnight flight.

Cons:

Our room had no window and was quite small, but we probably knew that when we booked. In hindsight I would book one of the more expensive rooms. I would still recommend it as a place to stay.

Although the room is small, it is well-appointed. Very clean. Good breakfast that includes eggs made in different ways. Good location makes it walkable to different sites.

Cons:

The narrow design of the halls and the closeness of rooms can be noisy if there is a door-slammer.

В комнате чисто. Но полотенца только на 1 персону и состояние полотенец, не первой свежести, . Завтрак хороший.
Cons:

На ресепшене неправильно, ошибочно посчитали за две ночи. Хотя бронировала чз букинг на 1 ночь. Невнимательность привел к неудобству и лишней трате моих финансов, что привело к тому что надо будет ждать несколько дней возврата моих денег в банке. Бронь была на 3 номера, 6 человек. Жду возврата денег 2 ой день🙄😳.

Остановился в Express City Hotel во время поездки в Шымкент — и, честно говоря, был приятно удивлён.
В отеле идеальная чистота — всё буквально стерильно, чувствуется высокий стандарт и внимание к деталям. Обслуживание на уровне: персонал вежливый, внимательный и действительно старается сделать пребывание комфортным.
Отдельно хочу отметить администратора Валидахан — очень приятная, профессиональная и отзывчивая, оставила исключительно хорошее впечатление.
Завтраки достойные, всё свежее и вкусное, а с учётом более чем доступной цены — это вообще отличный вариант.
В целом, остался доволен и смело могу рекомендовать этот отель как один из лучших бюджетных вариантов в городе.
