Pros:

Остановился в Express City Hotel во время поездки в Шымкент — и, честно говоря, был приятно удивлён.
В отеле идеальная чистота — всё буквально стерильно, чувствуется высокий стандарт и внимание к деталям. Обслуживание на уровне: персонал вежливый, внимательный и действительно старается сделать пребывание комфортным.
Отдельно хочу отметить администратора Валидахан — очень приятная, профессиональная и отзывчивая, оставила исключительно хорошее впечатление.
Завтраки достойные, всё свежее и вкусное, а с учётом более чем доступной цены — это вообще отличный вариант.
В целом, остался доволен и смело могу рекомендовать этот отель как один из лучших бюджетных вариантов в городе.

Расположение отличное! Персонал приветливый.

Cons:

Было очень холодно в номере 204. Окна в пол в них сильно дует. Отопление у них тёплый пол , но они покрытый толстым ковролином и терла нет!!! Окна не достаточной шумоизоляции. С двух сторон оживленные улицы и всё слышно в номере.
