Muhteşem di, özellikle Resepsiyonda Abeer adında çok muhteşem bir hanımefendi vardı

the staff were very friendly, specifically Marwa. She was a sweetheart, she helped us with our room booking and made sure the misunderstanding was resolved. Her calm nature gave us a very good experience of the hotel. There was a misunderstanding in relation to the room booking but we were given an extra bed which made the experience a whole lot better. I would say that they need to make the explanation clear when stating how many people can stay in one room. Other than that no complaints.

The check in took more than expected , the room smells really bad, and the rooms with connected doors are very noisy, these doors does not prevent noises

Clean and spacious.

We reserve a room for family ( 2 Adults and 2 Children), but there are just one bed for adults.
The receptionist propose us to add 2 beds for children and we have to pay for the added beds!

Rooms with connecting doors ought to be reserved exclusively for groups and families. These doors allow for noise to travel easily from one side to the other.

La piscine incroyablement parfaite,ainsi que l’espace spa ( sauna , Hammam ) . La chambre pour 4 personnes était adaptée pour 3 personnes ( 1 lit double pour trois )

Beautiful place

Really nice stay. The room was modern and clean with tea and coffee in the room. It was nice to have a cafe in the lobby and a separate gym for men and women. The free parking was also great.

Extremely nice and helpful staff, everyone spoke English .

Breakfast was amazing with so many choices! By far the best breakfast of all the hotels I stayed in this trip.

We also ate every night at their restaurant and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it and would stay there again.
Muscat is incredibly interesting and worth a visit.
Omani people are wonderful!

Bien situee

Wonderful well managed place at the center of Muscat. Room was VERY CLEAN and everything was very well-done and professional.
Very Good Breakfast with excellent service.
Though approach to this facility is bit compromised but property compensates very well.
Also please do try Kamat across the road and Supermarket is also very nearby if required.

Property was clean and reception was ok both at the front desk and entrance to the restaurant.

Things I disliked:

1. The bedroom was too dark even with the lights on.
2. The omelette I requested arrived only after my husband went to complain even though there was no one left to serve.

Good value for money

Hotel was ok. Location is good, but you'll need a car to move around as Muscat is big. My main complain was that at check-in our rooms were not ready (we were there at 330, 30 mins after check-in started). We were told that we just had to wait as the cleaners were in the room. While i understand that eventualities do happen, what bothered me was the attitude of the reception woman who didnt even apologize for the rooms not being ready basically rudely ordered us to wait until the cleaning staff finished. This is certainly not the situation you'd like to find yourself into after a very long trip.
