Cons:

Brudny pokój, brudne ściany z zaciekami, smród z oczyszczacza powietrza. Niewygodne łóżka. Bardzo ciasny pokój. Nie pościelono łóżka piętrowego, usprawiedliwiając się ekologią. Rozumiem jeśli pokój rezerwują 2 osoby, ale jeśli rezerwacja jest na 3 osoby to należy pościelić łóżko dla wszystkich gości. Ekologia w tym hotelu jest tylko przykrywką dla niedbania o pokój i gości.

Pros:

The room is clean and the location is near to train station. Hot spring operation hours are long enough.

Cons:

There's only one long pillow for us even the bed is for two. We requested one more pillow but the staff said one bed one pillow is the standard practice. They tried to give us a rolling towel as substitute. Finally, they gave us a small pillow after we insisted.

小さい子供へのホスピタリティが素晴らしい。積極的に子供に話しかけたり笑いかけたり、専用食器を進めてくれたり、気遣いに感心した。

Cons:

フロントでいろいろ説明してくれるのはいいが、マスクをされているので聞こえづらい。朝の混雑時のエレベーター乗れないのは困る。

Internet was beyond terrible in the rooms .4 meg a sec and 300ms ping lets go back to the 80s other wise staff great manger great beds comfortable n clean
