Essen sowie Frühstück könnte besser sein. Es wurde nur Bier in kleinen Flaschen angeboten, dafür war der Preis zu hoch. Personal im Frühstücksraum wirkte desinteressiert. Personal am Empfang sehr zuvorkommend. Wir waren zwei Nächte da und wurden komplett von ständigem Hundegenell gestört.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Am meisten spürte ich das nachts als ich mit Rückenschmerzen um 4 Uhr aufwachte. Die Matratze ist anscheinend nur für die Optik vorhanden und hätte schon vor Jahren mal gewechselt werden können. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur dürftig. Das Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich. Die Auswahl begrenzt, Cornflakes klebten zusammen und teiweise wurden Produkte nicht nachgelegt - Milch leer, keine Gläser... Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt, sodass es teiweise schwierig war Platz zu finden.

Hervorzuheben war nur die Größe des Zimmers und der kostenlose Zugang zum Schwimmbad.

Decent hotel but seems like going 30 years back in time, should be modernized. We had the family suite, but it was lacking equipment like night lights, armchair etc. Very basic,a bit disappointing for a stop called 4 star hotel

Beautiful room, great restaurant, but no sir conditioning when it was 30C! Tried to sleep with windows open but kept awake by traffic and dog barking. With AC I would have given 5 star rating.

Very nice property with large rooms. Staff was polite and make you feel comfortable. Many thanks to Cristina and the rest of hotel employees.

The property was in a great location. Built in 1901 it was very atmospheric but as a listed building, modernising it must be a challenge. Very clean, fixtures and fittings old fashioned in keeping with the property. Plumbing dreadful. Shower pressure awful and air con insufficient so it was an uncomfortable night. Breakfast poor.

Comfortable hotel convenient for town centre its a short walk to main street..Excellent and varied breakfast. Mini bar but no tea coffee facilities It was v quiet when we visited. We used the laundry service v efficient. Be aware shops close at 8pm

This property was a nightmare. All week the temperature in Pitesti was in the 30 degrees Celsius. The air conditioning never work. Complain every day and was told that it would be ok later on the day which it never was. Found out by one of the employee that the chiller was broken and that the owner did not see the necessity to replace it. The whole building is in an awful state and needs maintenance. The owner scream at us and told us that we came with expedia which is a company that will not pay a fair price for the room and that we should be grateful he let us in. Sometimes, after waiting for a long time, we would get warm water but with a varying pressure every minutes. The maid took off the shower curtain for washing but forgot to replace it. Finally had enough of this and after 8 nights, we moved to a different hotel, in spite of having paid for 10 nights. This Victoria Hotel should be avoided because it is in an awful state. They claim to be a 4 stars but they must have stolen at least 2. The hotel we move in for 2 days was very nice (Arges Hotel) and everything was working as it should. Will in the future avoid Victoria Hotel. It is on my black list.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but it was like sleeping in a hotbox. We had to open all the windows to shower and pack to get some breeze but then you must deal with no privacy, no security and the sun beating in with the drapes open. There is a public terrace that went past our room.
The room was only made up for 1 person. One bath towel, one robe and one pair of slippers. The receptionist brought the extra amenities upon request. The safe was locked upon arrival but too late to worry about getting it unlocked.
The secure underground car park was convenient with an elevator to all floors.
We do not recommend the hotel because the air conditioning is so bad.

overall excellent service and facilities

Room was clean, staff friendly, and breakfast very good. Excellent location. Parking on site was a plus. There was no AC (despite their claim). Basic items such as glasses in the room, or a pot to make tea/coffee, were lacking. Furniture and carpet were (well) past their prime. This was disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

Hotell Viktoria är OK, nära stadens centrum men skulle ge hotellet 3+ kärnor men inte 4.
Frukosten var OK, åt bättre frukost på 3 stjärnig hotell i Brasov. Rummet var bra, lite för hårda sängar - fick ont i ryggen men det är kanske en vanesak beroende på vad man har för hårdhet på sängen hemma. Annars var det rent och fint.
Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen.

One of the days the parking was filled up and waited 25 minutes for e a parking spot to free up.

The hotel has been modernised but still breaths the old era. Reception was friendly. At check out one of the ladies spoke perfect English.
Breakfast was again in an old ballroom style room. The food was close to European standard.

The mattress has not been replaced for the last 20 years and you could feel the individual springs.

Room was fairly clean and had a filled mini bar.
