Great modern & picturesque hotel on a rocky beach front.
Nice decor throughout hotel with attentive staff. Excellent swimming pool and really nice sandy beach 200m easy walk down the road, as is the town. Cafes, bar and 2 restaurants on hotel with reasonable prices.
Room was nice with a large comfy bed. Ensuite was separated to the room with a light curtain. Shower was good.
Noisy hallway as it is tiled.
We enjoyed our 4n stay.

Such a lovely place for a relaxing holiday

The room was very nice, calm and comfy. We took a street-view room and it had a view on palm trees (4th floor), which we found very nice. The breakfast was great, could have been even better without self-service coffee machine (many issues with it). The pool area is nice, although there aren’t enough seats provided. Sadly it was rainy during our whole stay despite it was dry season (4 nights), so we asked the reception for an hdmi cable to connect the tv to our smartphone and watch movies on Netflix in the evening and they kindly lent us one.
We found the massages too expensive, we went to many 5 star hotels in Vietnam where they were way cheaper, so we didn’t book any.
We tried to stay in the pool area in a covered bed under the rain, to avoid staying in the room all the time with the bad weather, but water would drop through the fabric cover and wet everything. So when it rains, besides the prison museum, there’s quite nothing to do on this island.😅

Half board is poorly organized
Location and pool, although the water was a bit cold. Breakfast was good also staff at breakfast were friendly and nice.

Le loueur de scooter qui était très désagréable et qui ne reflétaient pas le reste du personnel et la prestation de l’hôtel. Une certaine clientèle très très bruyante. Notre chambre un peu trop bruyante du fait qu’elle soit située au-dessus de la réception peut-être.
I was overcharged for room - plus charged for upgrade that was not asked for. There is lack of communication at front desk
L'emplacement proche de la plage. Hôtel et chambres agréables avec des infrastructures de qualité. Petit-déjeuner avec du choix.
Le personnel ne parle pas anglais et n'a aucune volonté d'aider. Le checkin se résume à un paiement, aucune information n'est donnée sur les services de l'hôtel. À 20h, restaurant à moitié vide, le personnel nous dit de revenir dans "2h". Les détecteurs de fumée sont obstrués afin qu'ils ne se déclenchent pas. La city view donne en fait sur le parking de bus.
Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo miła obsługa. Pysznie śniadania. W wiele miejsc można dojść na piechotę, Na przeciw hotelu bardzo duża i piękna plaża.
Jedynym minusem był zepsuty ekspres przez co dostępny był tylko jeden przy którym tworzy ła się kolejka. A i projket łazienki jest tragicznym wszystko schłychać i widać bo pokój i łazienke dzieli tylko firanka.
Đẹp, tiện nghi, sạch sẽ, buffet lẩu buổi tối rất ngon. Buffet sáng các món bánh mì, bánh ngọt ngon.
Các bạn FNB không chuyên nghiệp. Cần training lại.
