Ik ben 84 jaar oud, en ik moest met mijn bagage naar de derde etage lopen. Er was geen lift.
Dat ik mijn kamer op de derde etage heb, is mij bekend gemaakt pas

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Besitzerin.
Check In war schon um 9:00 Uhr möglich.
Wir haben gluck gehabt.
