מיקום די טוב (ליד כיכר ראסל והאוניברסיטה, שכונת בלומסברי הנעימה), חדר מרווח, מיטות נוחות מאוד, זרם מים טוב במקלחת, ליד בית המלון יש מסעדות וברים, יש מעלית.
נציין לשבח את הצוות בחדר האוכל! היינו 3 לילות ובכל בוקר הם היו נפלאים. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה ואפילו כוללת ירקות טריים! הצוות בחדר האוכל שירותי ואדיב מאוד. תודה.
הציון 8 ניתן בזכות המיקום הטוב, החדר המרווח ועבור חדר האוכל והצוות המקסים שם.
אין מזגן בחדר! היינו בתחילת מאי וכבר היה חם. המאוורר שהיה בחדר לא היה מספק.
השירותים ישנים ונפרדים מהאמבטיה (יש כאלו שיעדיפו את זה), זרם המים באמבטיה חלש, הצינור ומתקן הדוש באמבטיה אינו נוח וחלקית סדוק. כדאי להוסיף מדף באמבטיה לתמרוקים.
היינו יחסית בקומה גבוהה ועדיין היה רעש מהרחוב. אם נפתח חלון כי חם, יש רעש.
שכן בחדר הצמוד דיבר הרבה בטלפון ושמענו לא מעט מהשיחות שלו.
במחיר כזה ללילה היינו מצפים ליותר.

This hotel has some very good points (well located, helpful staff, good breakfast and a nice garden with the restaurant) but my overall experience was disappointing because I paid a premium price for a room with outdated and extremely inconvenient bathroom and toilet.
The manager explained that the price went up due to some demand on that specific week. But higher prices drive higher expectations, and the gap between the price and the quality felt like a significant under delivery.
To be fair, the manager offered alternative options. However, these required additional time and effort on my side so I chose to keep the 1st room.
I would recommend this hotel with the warning that above a certain price point you could probably find better value elsewhere.
Apart from the super unpleasant bathroom and toilet experience, the rooms above the garden are facing west and can become super hot in case of a heat wave. Despite no a/c, the fan was doing a pretty good job but the hotel did not provide extra water for its guests as other places do.
It was clean, which is always the most important thing for me. I enjoyed the view from the back of the property over gardens and student housing and some of the taller London buildings. It was also nice and quiet at night.
There is no air conditioning and I stayed during the June 2026 heatwave, but this is an older hotel and so I would not expect them to have air conditioning. The room was already provided with a fan, and on arrival we were told we could ask for another if needed. We were also told the staff would unlock the room windows for us if necessary so that we could air the room. In fact they did provide a second fan and unlock the windows, which we very much appreciate.
