Good choice
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, well designed. Very good breakfast. Very nice staff.

Cons:

The noice and heat might be an issue but the reception does its best to remediate this.

Comfortable, attractive hotel in convenient location.
Pros:

Stayed for one night on way to Eurostar. Very pleasant hotel with attractive and comfortable rooms. Our twin room overlooked the garden. Helpful, friendly staff who booked our taxi to station. Buffet breakfast had lots of options in lovely room next to garden. Convenient location for Russell Square tube station.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything. We had everything we needed.

It’s a bit creey
Pros:

Basic but you have everything you need in the room

Cons:

There is a very thin wooden door in the room and same next door so you can hear everything happening next door even perfume spray! I woke up at 7 because next door 2 ladies kept talking and laughing for almost 2 hours.

Pros:

La ubicación bastante bien, centrica por ser Londres. El personal muy amable y servicial, me ayudaron rapidamente con un par de pedidos que tuve. El tamaño de la habitación bastante comodo para una persona.

Cons:

Estaria mejor si pusieran cortinas blackout. Puede llegar a ser un pcoo ruidoso de noche si la ventana da a la avenida.
Podrían poner toallas un poco más nuevas. No tiene aire acondicionado, ya lo sabia cuando reserve la habitación pero la habitación en sí es calurosa, y si hace algo de calor afuera estaria mejor tener aire.

La localisation, le petit déjeuner, le calme de la chambre avec vue sur le jardin.

Cons:

Pas de place dans la salle de bain pour y déposer sa trousse de toilette, la chasse d’eau des wc était un peu fatiguée…

The breakfast was absolutely the best thing about my stay

Cons:

My bed would have been good for a teenage girl. It was tiny and uncomfortable. The room was very hot and the supplied fan could not change that. The room's location was next to a huge ventilation duct which transmitted the motor noise.
