Ich freue mich auf den nächsten Aufenthalt!

Freundlichkeit des Personals am Empfang und insbesondere die Serviceleistung im Restaurant war einfach top. Zimmerservice ebenfalls. Die Qualität des Essens hat sehr überzeugt mit Frische, vernünftiger Wartezeit und Schmackhaftigkeit der bestellten Menüs. Alles in allem hat mich das sehr wirklich gute Preis/Leistungsverhältnis des Hotels in allen Bereichen überrascht. Das Zimmer war als Einzelzimmer (wie in London oft der Fall) flächenmässig (gemäss Buchungsinfo) klein, aber durch die sehr gute Raumnutzung und Qualität der Einrichtung ohne Einschränkung gut. Zimmer zum den Garten hinaus sind wirklich ruhig und geben viel Licht. Ich werde bestimmt wieder dort buchen. Offenbar hat das Hotel (oder die Kette) ein sehr gutes Management, was die Freundlichkeit und der Feedback des Personals bestätigte.

Good location in the city center, nice breakfast, friendly personnel.

Cons:

The internet was terribly bad: constant disconnects, speed varied from 30.0 to 0.03 MB/s within a minute. Often, websites could not be opened at all, even at 8:30 am. Dear owners, it's a large hotel with many guests and connections, and you need a better router and better IT infrastructure.

For this price, I expect to have a mini-fridge in the room, to store food like milk or yogurt.

Pros:

I informed the hotel that I would arrive early and if I could leave my luggage in the storage room. When I arrived, my room was ready, and I was able to do the check-in before 10 a.m. I really appreciatd it the effort of having the room ready this early.
The entire staff was very nice and helpful, and the location was great.

A great hotel in centre of London -£150 for double room per night - very reasonable for a city break.
Pros:

Great location - walking distance from Euston station.

The address on booking info is Camden - but it isn’t in Camden. Confusing.
