Ein Hoch auf die Handwerker, Architekten, Reinigungskräfte die das kreiert haben und in Stand halt. Wirklich toll!

Service. Verhalten des Personals.
Eine Mitarbeiterin im Restaurantbereich war zwar unbeholfen und verstand kein englisch, deutsch oder russisch, hat aber mit ihrem respektvollen Verhalten alles wieder gut gemacht. 2 Damen an der Rezeption waren distanziert höflich. Ansonsten war das Veranstaltung sehr enttäuschend. Vorallm im Aquahouse (Wellnessbereich + Therme) sehr unfreundlich. Da waren richtige Frechheiten bei.
Ich reise gerne und war in einigen Hotels und Thermen. Das Verhalten im o.g. Aquahouse war wirklich sehr sehr unangenehm und enttäuschend. Im Restaurant haben wir 4 x nach der Getränkekarte gefragt. Es waren insgesamt ca. 11 andere Gäste da , 5 Mitarbeiter. Gegrüßt hat keiner. Selbst wenn man selst gegrüßt hat. Bei Gesprächen an der Rezeption ist die MA 3x während des Gesprächs ans Telefon gegangen. Obwohl neben ihr eine MA stand, die uns einfach anschaute.

Lüftung in den Fluren war nicht ausreichend. Stickig, stocken Gerüche.

Flackernde Glühbirnen im Bad.

Fehlendes Fliegengitter (wegen Mücken, Fliegen etc.).

Pros:

The interior has a very beautiful design, and the outdoor garden with the heated pool, along with the relaxation areas, are extremely well maintained. I noticed staff constantly taking care of these places. The beach and the nearby restaurants also provide very good services. The rooms with balconies facing the sea also offer a stunning view at any moment of the day.

Cons:

There was, however, one thing I didn’t particularly like: the carpets in the hallway leading to the rooms had some stains in certain areas that looked like chlorine stains, and there were also a few stains on the carpet inside the room. The smell in the room was not very fresh or welcoming either.
