Its worst experience... Please DO NOT BOOK via Hotels.com or Expedia… this HOTEL has no tie-up with Hotels.com/expedia this is FAKE publication … We booked this property 2 rooms with pre-paid option for a day's STAY as we were on a quick visit to Chennai. After a travel of 5 hrs by train in the middle of the hot crouching sun afternoon we landed up at hotel reception to get rejected HOTELS.com voucher and also learned that this property has only 20 rooms and not 96 and all facilities mentioned in Hotels.com if jus FAKE. After rejection from hotel, we made call to Hotels.com Call Centre and after a 1.5hrs long call (most of the time ON HOLD with music) all we got is advice of nearest hotel and SORRY we cannot make arrangement of payment or book ourselves, you PAY and send us invoice to claim. The worst every experience with HOTELS.COM, never expected this kind of cheating and letting its patron customer (GOLD) in the middle of NO where….
Hotel reception had no idea about my booking thru expedia, had to wait 30 mins, call your customer care and then I was allowed to check in
