Pros:

The stoep area for food and drink.

Cons:

The room(s) were VERY cold and uninviting to walk into. A cold room, NO small carpet, just cold floor. NO electric blanket and a broken aircon. NO coffee sachets for coffee machine. To charge your cachets, you need to unplugged the kettle/fridge to have access to a plug. Only Netflix available. All of this, whilst it is advertised as a 4 star Boutique Hotel. I was a single person, had we been 2 people we would bumped into each walking to small bathroom or fridge area.
What a disappointment with the room.
