The location was very safe and secure and set in a beautiful garden like setting. It was very centrally located with a shopping center closeby. The room was clean, private, and quiet, the beds very comfortable with nice amenities and a good coffee machine. The staff were friendly with special mention to Lerato and Jan. Breakfast was excellent and included both hot and cold choices.
There is nothing that comes to mind, I only had an overnight stay which I enjoyed.

Breakfast was very good. The location was perfect, and felt like an escape from the traffic and bustle outside. We will definitely return!
On the morning we left, there was no hot water. It was raining, so we wondered if maybe the water is heated by solar. It was a bummer to have a cold shower at 4am before heading to the airport.
Very comfortable bed
We had the loft that slept 4 people, yet only had 2 cups to make coffee of 2 espresso cups, so we had to share if we wanted espresso or normal coffee. The spray in the bathroom had no nozzle attached. Just seemed no attention to detail is taken anymore.

The location was great.
The room was beautiful and comfortable.
The lady at reception was rude, my booking clearly said breakfast included, on arrival she stated only from 8. I said to her we need to leave at 7, in all other hotels breakfast is served as from 06h30. She was getting frustrated with us, as my son is an athlete and needs a nutritious breakfast thats why I book them specifically.
The one window blinds could not close properly and we had to try and sleep with extreme lights shining in our room, which was very uncomfortable and we could not get a proper night's rest.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and went the extra mile, Thank you kindly! The property is ideally situated in Centurion to compute to surrounding areas. The Hotel was comfortable, clean, neat and we loved the attention to detail.
Perhaps if Breakfast time could be extended a little longer! When travelling with children, an hour is hardly enough.
