It was a nice stay except for the cold showers when the temperature was 4degrees out side

We enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The room was perfect, cosy and everything we needed. The noise from guests speaking and checking out was hearable from our room.

Perfect for JNB and Rietvlei Nature Reserve
Pros:

Perfect election for JNB, avoiding both airport hotel issues and big cities issues, very quiet location, 3 min walking distance to restaurants, very friendly staff, very good breakfast, top amenities,confortable rooms and beautiful building. 35 min to JNB by car, even perfect to visit Rietvlei Nature Reserve in your way to airport if having spare hours!

a very pleasant comfortable stay
Pros:

. The staff (all) were excellent and friendly and helpful- service superb. Very clean and comfortable hotel. It was peaceful sitting outside at the coffee shop most days and very relaxing. Food in coffee shop very good and well -priced.
They went out their way to make our stay comfortable and its very well-run. We couldn't have breakfast on the last day and they offered boxes- very kind of them. Very good location and it feels safe.

Cons:

The first room was right by the function room and is sooooooo loud- so they moved us straight away; but because hotel is small there is noise when there is any function. There is also lots of noise in morning when they set up for breakfast so you can't sleep in and also it is very loud if neighbours come back late to their rooms or leave early. The breakfast was average... there was everything one needed but the quality never matched the stay and experience.
