Highly recommended
Pros:

Great location, very near White Cube and restaurants on Bermondsey Street. It's set up more with 'digital workers' than holidaymakers in mind, but this shouldn't put people off. It's a comfortable, convenient place to stay. Good cocktails in the bar too...

Cons:

Nothing really. The staff were very accommodating and apologetic when our electronic key wouldn't allow us access to collect our bags after we'd been out for breakfast.

Pros:

Umístění u tower bridge, dobrá výchozí poloha pro památky a střed města, blízko metra London Bridge.
Moderní lobby a společné prostory, minimalistický ale funkční design.

Cons:

Úklid neprobíhá jako v běžném hotelu, za 4 noci jsme nedostali čisté ručníky ani toaletní papír.. recepce moc nefunguje, vše tlačí na online checkin atd
Snídaně nestojí za 20£/ osoba, dejte si kávu a koláč v kiosku nebo zajděte do Ivy na brunch.
Zásuvky USB nefunkční, zásuvka v koupelně byla rádoby evropská, jejich fén nešel použít vlastní dyson jsem si málem odpálila v koupelně, nakonec jsem musela použít adaptér a zásuvku u postele.. drobnosti, ale nepříjemné

Pros:

Everything - clean , comfortable apartment, great location, nice staff. I cannot recommend enough!

Cons:

The kitchen has very basic equipment and small stove, but still everything you need to cook simple meals :)

Très bon séjour. Pratique et bien conçu.
Pros:

Bon emplacement par rapport au Tower Bridge (un peu loin du métro, mais çà passe). Chambre confortable et propre, bien équipée. La séparation de la chambre avec le coin cuisine est bien pensée. Une ambiance cocon très agréable. La présence de l'espace de coworking avec de quoi se prendre une boisson chaude et des petits trucs sucrés et un gros plus. Emplacement calme.

Cons:

Salle de bain correcte, mais odeur d'humidité désagréable et tenace. Bémol mineur : on n'a pas eu de chance la première nuit avec une grosse fête organisée dans l'espace restauration et il était pas loin de notre chambre, donc du bruit. mais jusqu'à 23h. Et seulement la première nuit. rien de bien méchant.

Good location, but that's was about it.

Cons:

The pictures looked nothing like the actual room. Booked a studio and got a pokey box room. Complained to the reception and the girl wandered off for 45 mins and had to go looking for her to sort our booking.

Then when we finally got the correct room it was just okay. Under the bed was stinking with dust and dirt. The bathroom didn't have enough toilet roll, the shower was luke warm and the floor looked like a mat used to be there and was removed as the but you could still see where it had been as the floor wasn't cleaned properly.

The reception area was like a scene from where's Wally with students in laptops. Felt like I was staying in a university campus every time I went though the reception. No idea what was going on there at all.

The best bit was I paid £350 to stay here and on the day I could have booked it for £96 a night.

Wouldn't recommend it at all. Far better places to stay in London.
