Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per motivi di lavoro e mi sono trovata molto bene. La struttura è accogliente, la camera era pulita e confortevole e il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e rispecchiava le aspettative. Lo consiglierei sicuramente.

Bermonds Locke is my go to place to stay whenever I am back in London. The location is perfect and the place is very cool, comfortable with great people on the front desk always happy to help.
The only negative I had (and have ever had over many stays) is that I had disturbance during this stay from neighbours continually opening and slamming shut their room door.
My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We were in the middle of a heatwave in London, and the room did not have air conditioning, even though it was advertised as part of the accommodation, and the temperature inside the room exceeded 30 degrees. The only solution they gave me was a fan pointed directly at my body and face in an attempt to endure the heat. Even so, it was impossible to rest properly.
In addition, Booking.com tried to contact them to resolve the situation, but they initially did not respond and then took no responsibility. The entire air conditioning problem affected an entire floor, and even so, they kept renting and selling the rooms despite knowing perfectly well what was happening.
As if that were not enough, the sofa was dirty and the bathroom had some mold, which made the experience even worse.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable stay that matches what they advertise. The lack of air conditioning and the poor handling of the problem completely ruined my experience.
The location, price, facilities and staff.
There was nothing to dislike.
We loved the location of the property. It was convenient for where we were visiting with great transport links. I loved the neighbourhood - it had a local feel and not touristy at all. Lots of great restaurants, bars, and cafes were nearby on Bermondsey Street. The room was quiet, cool (great because it was the end of the heatwave), clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The en suite bathroom was a good size and had a nice sized shower. It was nice having the little kitchen area too - definitely a bonus. Would stay there again.
I honestly can't say there was much I didn't like....would have been nice if the restaurant/bar area opened earlier than 5 pm on a Saturday. We had hoped to get a light lunch before heading off to our friends' wedding, but that didn't happen.

Gorgeous hotel and vibes!
We had no room serviced in the 3 nights. We used the apt cooking facilities multiple tjmes a day which meant we had a giant bag of trash would have been great for bins to even be collected in the apartments. The air conditioning is terrible 🤣 the fan barely blew air out the vents and the weekend was roasting made it quite difficult to sleep.
Die Lage war sehr gut, direkt im Zentrum von London. Trotzdem war es sehr ruhig. Es war eine tolle Atmosphäre im Haus.. die vielen jungen Leute an ihren Laptops im Erdgeschoss, das Frühstücksbüffet, die Bar am Abend, einfach alles passig!

We were greeted at check in by a Manager named Womandy. He was excellent. So helpful, so friendly and engaging. He’s a great 1st impression for your business. We also met Maize at the bar. She too made us feel welcomed. We had the breakfast buffet one morning and thought it to be a bit pricey. We also had dinner there.
While eating breakfast, we witnessed a mouse running across the restaurant floor from right of the bar and under the bench seating where we were. Then at dinner we sat at the other end of the restaurant and witnessed 3 more mice scurrying around the floor by the right side of the bar. This was a little unsettling. Our food was excellent and the service was great. We just didn’t like seeing all the mice.
It was perfectly located for our needs.
The room was well equipped with a nice bathroom.
The room had some noise from behind a panel which came on and off during the night.
