Save your money and book the premier in next door.
Pros:

The property is in desperate need of renovations. We were moved to two rooms on the same floor and both had mould, broken doors, stained walls etc etc.

The staff wasn’t sparse and the front desk was often empty. However, when we did encounter staff we met some lovely people but the hotel is clearly understaffed.

We also requested laundry pods and the cleaning staff entered our room unannounced. I am unsure of what is happening at this location for it to be this poorly managed and taken care of.

Cons:

Honestly not much.

The decor in the room was scuffed- it already looked dated.
the coffee machine didn't work in the breakfast area so I had breakfast in the café Locke.

Really lovely 🩵
Pros:

The staff were extremely accommodating & the room was perfect exactly how we expected it to look! Was perfect for our stay 🩵 location was great as well & borough is a really nice area!

Cons:

The only negative was the milk sachets had gone off which were kept in the room but not in the fridge.

Emplacement parfait pour mes besoins; déco design agréable.
Pros:

J’adore l’option appart-hôtel où vous vous sentez comme chez vous, disposant d’une cuisine et d’un petit salon.

Cons:

La salle de bains sans fenêtre et avec un système d’évacuation d’air insuffisant, sentant mauvais le renfermé: j’ai dû acheter un spray désodorisant que j’utilisais avant d’y rentrer à chaque fois.

Een fijne en rustig gelegen accommodatie met een goede bereikbaarheid, een comfortabele kamer en een ideale uitvalsbasis
Pros:

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij Bermonds Locke! De accommodatie ligt vlak bij het centrum, maar toch net buiten de grootste drukte, waardoor het een fijne en rustige uitvalsbasis was om Londen te ontdekken. Ook het openbaar vervoer was op wandelafstand, wat voor ons ideaal was. Zo konden we gemakkelijk verschillende wijken van Londen bezoeken en zoveel mogelijk uit ons verblijf halen. Een echte aanrader voor wie Londen wil ontdekken!

Cons:

De kamer zelf was helemaal in orde en het bed was proper en comfortabel. Een klein minpuntje was de badkamer: er hing een wat muffe geur, vermoedelijk door onvoldoende ventilatie, en we merkten behoorlijk wat oranje aanslag op de tegels en in de douche. Dat vonden we jammer en niet zo aangenaam.

In de keuken misten we ook een koffiemachine. Omdat we graag ’s ochtends een koffie drinken, moesten we elke ochtend koffie gaan kopen, wat na enkele dagen toch een behoorlijke extra kost werd.

Al bij al een fijn verblijf en een goede uitvalsbasis om Londen te ontdekken, maar met wat extra aandacht voor de badkamer en een koffiemachine op de kamer zou het voor ons helemaal perfect zijn geweest.

Einen neuen Stadtteil kennengelernt.
Pros:

Bermonds Locke liegt in einer sehr netten Gegend. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich viele kleine, charmante Lokale. Der Eingangsbereich mit Café ist sehr chic gestaltet, ein kleiner Innenhof als Gastgarten macht sich auch gut. Zeitgemäße Ausstattung, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Leider ist aber der Weg zur U-Bahn-Zug-Station doch recht weit. Man geht ungefähr fünfzehn Minuten zu Fuß. Also, doch etwas abgelegen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ließ auch zu Wünschen über. Es gab keinen Geschirrspüler, wenig Gläser, Besteck etc. Der Wasserhahn hatte keine Siphon, das Wasser "platze" deshalb ungefiltert raus - nur als kleines Detail. Wir haben schon einmal in einer Locke Unterkunft übernachtet - Lemon-Locke. Dieses Apartment war wesentlich besser ausgestattet.

Brilliant hotel. Great facilities. Has raised the bar for comfort
Pros:

All of the other properties I’ve stayed at: take note! This place is exceptional! Great can do attitude of the staff who are brilliant communicators. Lovely clean room with air conditioning as standard. Tastefully decorated. Great shower and bathroom. Brilliant breakfast with a number of options to suit all tastes. Short walk from Tower Bridge or Bermondsey tube stations or London Bridge.

Cons:

Nothing. This is a great place to stay and I’ll be back for sure

It was okay, but not value for money especially at the price, quite basic. Location is good
Pros:

Location was good, staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Finish of room too basic for the money. Only one side of bed had nightstand, lobby light was flashing. Lighting was poor overall. Room needs a voile curtain, you had to keep curtains closed all the time (which was not nice). Sink not deep enough so splashed alot. Shower door not sealed so water poured out. As a highend aparthotel concept would except so more products in the room (no proper coffee machine, no basic welcome food items provided)
