Pros:

Services at restaurant, at rooms area are good, but the receptionist was not very helpful. I was asking her to connect me with Hotel.com local office of Indonesia but couldn't do it citing that they don't have communication with them. They event didn't try to find out the number for me.
I asked them this after unsuccessful effort to get the number by myself.
I will have a complaint on Hotel.com on my booking on this hotel.
