I showed up expecting bugs, broken stuff, and chaos… but everything was spotless. No ants, no noise, no drama. Room was clean, pillows were soft, AC was perfect, and the staff was legit great.
I came ready for a 1-star disaster and ended up giving 5 stars. Internet lied. Hotel delivered.

After a 16-hour drive from Maryland, our arrival at this property was met with exceptional hospitality. Despite arriving well before standard check-in time, the concierge promptly coordinated with housekeeping to secure a spotless suite for us by noon. This thoughtful accommodation immediately set a positive tone for our stay.

The suite itself was spacious, modern, and immaculately maintained. Every detail—from the pristine kitchen to the sparkling bathroom—reflected a high standard of cleanliness. The beds were notably comfortable, and the bathroom was fully stocked with quality toiletries and ample fresh towels, ensuring convenience for all guests.

Service throughout the property was consistently outstanding. Staff members were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Special commendation is due to Angel at the concierge desk, whose friendliness and efficiency elevated our experience.

Breakfast was another highlight. Unlike the typical hotel offering, the complimentary spread featured fresh, healthy selections, carefully replenished by the attendant to maintain quality and presentation.

Overall, this hotel delivers on both comfort and service. Its modern design, spacious accommodations, and exceptional staff make it a standout choice. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a reliable and enjoyable stay—I will certainly return and encourage family and friends to do the same (this is coming from a very picky traveler!!!) .

It’s ok, little rural but ok

The couch bed is very deceiving. Its a flip over couch with a plastic pad. Definitely NOT a mattress or anything close to it. They offer a 1 inch egg crate topper to cushion the pad and it did not call for comfortable sleep, we booked for 4 guests and still had to go ask for additional bedding and the pad late at night which was not convenient. The ice bucket inside the freezer was filled with stuck ice and pink mold. When we folded out the couch there was trash left inside the bed and there were ants all over the kitchen counter and sink. If the ants werent there the room wouldve been just fine, we could over look discomfort for a night or 2 but its hard to utilize a kitchen with ants.

We had to change rooms due to noise. When we moved, room had sugar ants in it.

We checked in without any issues for the most part. We went to our room, changed and went to the casino close by. Upon returning late at night the desk was crawling with ants. We had nothing on the desk. It was so late and we were so tired from a very long trip. We killed the ones we saw. Also we plugged our phones in to charge only to find out in the morning the outlets didn’t work. Informed the front desk and it was like they really didn’t care… they already were paid. We stay with this chain very often. Very disappointed with the reaction of the staff. Also the pillows need replacing very badly. They are as flat as a pancake. I’ve thrown better pillows away.

Stayed here with other family members for a family funeral was happy with the accommodations but was upset as a few family members booked through the hotel the same rooms & the price went down on the exact rooms we had & being we booked with Hotels.com we were unable to get the discounted price that the family members who booked through the hotel. We had a large group book on Hotels.com & through the hotel. So we learned our lesson to now just book through the hotel for now on as they will happily give you a refund for the price drop when Hotels.com wanted no part of budging in price. We will definitely be deleting the app & never using again!

Again the staff was great upon arrival all the way to check out. This is my favorite hotel in Tampa.

Room wasn't very clean, bathroom had few (not mine) hair around. A shower curtain is something I would never like to find in my hotel room, infact it wasn't very clean.
When I checked in I saw they had a laundry, so I asked if they also had a laundry service, and I was told "YES". One day before leaving I discovered I was given a wrong information, so I had to leave with dirty clothes.
I had to anticipate my check-out, so the very last night I asked if I could get a refund of the nights I would not be staying at the hotel, and the woman at the counter said "Yes, I can't see why not!" The next morning, I discovered I was given another wrong information.... WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS???
Ah, and after asking to check the room fan since it was noisy, it then started blowing (not very clean) air inside my room instead of extracting it....

This hotel is not very convenient for kids , their bathroom doesn’t have the hand held shower for kids!
