This was a memorable stay at what must be one of Budapest’s elite hotels.
Pros:

The hotel is very stylish with large, beautifully appointed rooms, comfortable beds and pillows and has friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food, both at breakfast and in the bistro dining area was excellent. Although we didn’t use the spa or gym both looked top class. This is a true 5* hotel.

Cons:

The location isn’t central but there is a metro station a short walk away and a proliferation of cheap Bolt or Uber’s at very short notice

Der Hotel-Concierge, speziell der Christian und der Empfangsbereich dem Hotelstandart würdig. HIer nochmals einen lieben Dank.

Cons:

Der gesamte Gastrobereich braucht eine neue Struktur und eine bessere Organisation. Ein ziemliches Chaos beim Frühstück. Schon wider ein Beweis, dass Qualtät ist nicht mit Quantität zu erreichen ist. In der Frühstücksschicht waren zu viele ineffiziente Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksraum unterwegs.
Die Servicekräfte im Bistro fielen mit etwas besserwissericher und arroganter Haltung auf, unakzeptabel für so ein Haus. Der Gast könnte in der Gastronomie sehr und unter Umständen mehr bewandert sein als die jungen Servicekräfte selber. Diese Möglichkeit sollte man ihnen erläutern.

great stay, a true luxury vacation
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly taken care of — warm, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. The rooms are gorgeous, real luxury in every sense. Dining was a highlight too, with great lunch and dinner options. The spa is on the smaller side but well-equipped and does the job perfectly.
