The facilities, the staff were exceptional.

Cons:

The location is not the best.Evem though it seems quiet hood, and more or less next to the downtown, the 8th district it's considered the most dangerous in Budapest, during night time.

Pros:

The room and the quality of the bed linen.

Cons:

Breakfast choices were not those of a 5 star hotel. The Breakfast Staff were overwhelmed and not trained enough to give proper attention to all guests. Also, I had to report several times they are running out of water, hot water...plus the coffee machines were a disaster and a big queue was always there because of that.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Amazing hotel with great location - in a quiet area but still convenient for walking around town. Got upgraded to the Presidential Suite which was absolutely amazing. Staff was super kind and attentative.
