A huge find. Kozmo is an excellent hotel in all aspects: location ,facilities ,spa ,rooms. Above all this is the extremelly friendly service given by all the staff and particulary by Mr. Zoltan ,the head concierge ,who manage to solve some minor issues we had with master class.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent—only about a 15-minute walk to the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Hotelul era în transformare(sala mic dejun alta decât cea inițială),așa ziceau,nu prea semăna a un hotel de lux,era foarte cald și aerul condiționat nu funcționa în parametrii optimi (25/26 C)-in camere, in schimb personalul este foarte amabil și diplomatic
Faptul că parcarea este undeva in spate,pe o altă stradă,într-o curte la comun cu alte hoteluri,unde era și o ieșire dintr-un bar de noapte sau club...și faptul că mi s-au cerut sa las cheia mașinii la recepție (nu am lăsat -o oricum),așa ceva nu am mai întâlnit niciodată, nicăieri.
