Schön dekoriert
Sehr schöne Zimmer
Reception sehr freundlich

Cons:

Leider war der Wellnessbereich, Hallenbad erst ab 12.00 Uhr geöffnet
Am Abend kurz vor 23.00 Uhr wurde wir aus der Bar rausgeschmissen.,
Honig wäre super am Buffet

Pros:

Tamanho do quarto, Roupas de cama e banho.

Cons:

Achei o café da manhã complexo, a logística desde o acesso de entrada para as mesas.
Apesar de o que oferecia estar bom , porém , está incompatível para um café da manhã de um hotel 5 estrelas. A variedade é muito pequena de praticamente todos os itens .

O horário de funcionamento do spa e piscina é curto de 12 às 20 horas, horário em que vc está na rua aproveitando a cidade.
A distância é outro item que também precisa ser registrado. É distante das atrações.

Das Haus entsprach dem Preis. Luxuriös und erwartbar.

Cons:

Der gebuchte und bestätigte Preis bei Ihnen war vor Ort obsolet. Statt 796 für 4 Nächte musste ich vor Ort 833,- zahlen plus 31,- PRO Frühstück, das ich nehmen musste - wegen fehlender Alternativen wie in Rom oder Paris. KEIN Wlan, SPA geschlossen. Personal SEHR professionell, sprich : gut- aber ohne jedes Lächeln oder Freundlichkeit. Sprache ausschließlich englisch.

Csodálatos épület, kivétel nélkül kedves szolgálatkész személyzet, igazi luxus kiszolgálás.
Pros:

A reggeli a másutt megszokottnál sokkal színvonalasabb. A környék közvtlenül a szállás közelében barátságos.

Cons:

Ami kezdetben gondot jelentett, a személyzet 5 percen belül megoldotta. Az épület történelmi csoda, fantasztikusan felújítva.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would be genuinely happy to return again in the future.
Pros:

Quiet location very close to the city centre, which made the stay both convenient and relaxing. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the large bathroom, extra sofa, and cozy sitting area, which made the room feel much more luxurious and welcoming.
The concierge and reception team were genuinely warm, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. The spa was also wonderful and made the cold days feel especially cozy and relaxing.
Overall, the hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere and an excellent location for both rest and exploring the city.

Cons:

The restaurant experience still has room for improvement. Both the food quality and the level of service could be elevated further to fully match the standards of a true luxury hotel.
