Excellent !
Pros:

The hotel welcomes guests with champagne at the front desk—a lovely and refined touch. The exterior design exudes luxury, while the interior takes it a step further: truly impeccable and beyond expectations.

The front desk staff were exceptionally attentive. They patiently showed us two different rooms, introduced the hotel’s key features, and answered all of our questions with professionalism and clarity.

I booked a room for two people/two nights, and the space was impressively large. The bathroom is equipped with a drying system where you can hang your clothes, and they will be dry by the next day—very convenient. The hotel also offers luggage storage after checkout, which is a great added service.

The location is excellent, with most major attractions within walking distance—generally no more than an hour away.

Pros:

The hotel was INSANE ! The rooms were even 100 times better than on the pictures , we absolutely loved it! The hotel itself was a whole experience that i really recommend to everyone !

Exceeded expectations!
Pros:

Everything was perfect from the champagne on arrival onwards. This is a super modern luxury hotel inside an old heritage building ( a telephone exchange)The fantastic wrought iron staircase has been beautifully restored. It has benefitted from a €35 million refurb. Bathrooms are superb, marble walls, freestanding bath, separate shower and wc rooms within and expensive bath products. The bed was huge with best white cotton sheets, pillows ok. ( I am super fussy about pillows) There was a fridge in a cabinet with tea and coffee
maker. The staff were charming and nothing was too much trouble. They made us feel like valued guests. Attention to detail is superb. The food was good but dinner was served a bit luke warm. The spa and pool ( 17 metres) are gorgeous and a good place to relax after exploring.

Cons:

It is not in a very smart area but its only ten to fifteen minutes walk to the metro.

Magnifique hôtel
Pros:

Tout est parfait dans cet hôtel. Le cadre est magnifique et l'histoire du bâtiment a été sublimée par sa rénovation. La chambre était très grande et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner très copieux et bien servi. Décoration magnifique. Bar et restaurant très esthétiques et agréables.

Cons:

Le seul bémol pourrait être qu'il n'est pas assez centré mais nous avons tout fait à pied tout de même.
