Pros:

A localização do hotel é excelente! Beira-Mar e perto de quiosques.

O hotel possui uma estrutura antiga, mas os quartos são confortáveis.

Pedimos um quarto com sacada e o chuveiro do estava gelado, conversamos com o Carlos, extremamente educado que nos remeteu a outro quarto (sem sacada).

A limpeza merece atenção, uma vez que encontramos um prato sujo de outros hóspedes que não haviam tirado logo que chegamos.

A piscina é maravilhosa.

O café da manhã é básico, sem variedades.

Em geral, o hotel é bom, apenas necessita de reformas e maior atenção com a limpeza, que é essencial.

O restaurante que o hotel oferece é ótimo e facilita, o chefe de cozinha é atencioso e a comida é boa e bem servida.

A funcionária “Ilze” da recepção é um amor de pessoa, atenciosa, carismática e supriu todas as novas dúvidas.

Pros:

Estadia deixou um pouco a desejar. Nos deparamos com lençóis sujos, Wi Fi que não chegava sinal no quarto, café da manhã bom, mas com pouca variedade de opções, frigobar onde a porta não fechava direito, chuveiro sem agua quente, apenas agua gelada e limpeza de piscina durante o dia(interditada entre as 10h e 13h), onde nao conseguimos usar no nosso ultimo dia, onde planejamos isso. Ponto positivo pela localização, mas no geral pelo valor cobrado, não me compensou. Me parece que parou no tempo, precisa de um cuidado a mais, urgente. Muitas coisas são simples de se resolver e já melhoraria muito a experiência dos clientes.

Pros:

A estadia foi impecável, os funcionários muito solícitos e educados.
Tudo muito limpo, café da manhã bom e oferecem almoço e jantar a parte o que nos facilita se não quiser sair.
Recomendo e voltarei certamente!
