its all there but does not feel right

Good pool, room service was good, breakfast good and on time
lift was good, comfortable lounge and luggage service

Cons:

aircon took while to work, need servicing, Sky bar too noisy to sleep well after 10 pm.
It took 5 phone calls to take action, very incorporative staff at sky bar
staff just did the bare minimum to survive . they were polite but It was like a government office rather than a hospitality place, tourist need assistance with travel , tours and bookings so a little bit more enthusiasm to make this happen

Excellent thoroughly enjoyed our stay here
Pros:

This place was so central to everything, The Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda was just literally around the corner.. . The pool on the rooftop was excellent with happy hour 4 till 7 for 2 for 1 cocktails!

Pros:

Très très bon hôtel en plein centre de Phnom Pehn, dans une petite rue calme supplément vue sur un temple. Chambre moderne et très propre, le personnel est adorable et le petit dej est varié et bon. Vraiment une très bonne surprise et un séjour idéal au Botum Hôtel.

L’emplacement, le personnel à la réception.

Cons:

Le ménage n’était pas fait pendant notre séjour 2 nuits/3 jours.
Il n’y avait pas assez de place au petit déjeuner et le choix est assez limité.
Pas vraiment de service au bar rooftop, pauvre au niveau des serviettes.
Ascenseur très petit qui desserre les 10 étages.

Relaxing, welcoming, conveniently located, excellent overall experience
Pros:

Breakfast was simple but catered for every need, the outside noodle and egg station was a bonus. The view from our room was beautiful. Staff went above and beyond to help. The pool area was relaxing and a welcome relief from the heat. Would stay there again.

Cons:

The air con in our room could have been a little cooler - a very minor complaint
