Well located near the river and royal palace, with a lovely swimming pool on the roof.

Cons:

We had a few issues. The hotel really needs a bit of love. The room we checked into was pretty dirty, the bin in bathroom hadn’t been emptied and there were countless stains on the bed clothes. We then had issues with the air con so just after midnight we had to switch rooms.

Staff didn’t really apologise for any of this at all or offer any explanation which was really poor.

Very clean room, great breakfast, and friendly personnel.

Cons:

This my second time i have stayed at this hotel. First time was great, so good in fact i booked again a few days later for almost a another week stay, i pay the same amount as the first time but the room wasn't as big or as nice as the first time. The room wasn't as comfortable at all. The room was still clean and breakfast was top notch but i wasn't pleased with the quality of the room being a repeat customer.

Pros:

Location of the hotel was good. The room we got was a bit small for family of 4 people but we manage. Overall it was a good stay.

Great location with stunning 360 views of Phnom Penh!
Pros:

Close to many shops, specialty boutiques, restaurants and street art. We loved being in the area and walking everywhere. The 360 rooftop pool view was absolutely stunning. We loved being up there and enjoyed the happy hour with views throughout our visit. Staff were very kind and accommodating.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet selection was very limited and the food sitting out was not very appetizing or healthy. Stray cats being allowed into the seating area around the food is unsafe.

GE-WEL-DIG!!
Pros:

Rooftop pool with an AMAZING view of the city and the Royal Palace! Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt buffet was vers en goed verzorgd, daarnaast een zeer centrale ligging!

Cons:

Airco’s op het appartement lijken onderhoud nodig te hebben. Ze kregen het appartement niet volledig voldoende gekoeld. Mogelijk met schone filters of onderhoud krijgt dit hotel van een 9 weer een dik verdiende 10!!
