Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war angemessen an dem Preis völlig in Ordnung und der Service beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Cons:

Trotz mehrfacher Versuche, das Hotel vorher anzurufen und anzumailen, bekam ich keine Antwort auf meine Fragen. Einen Tag vor Anreise erfolgten dann KI generierte Antworten auf Fragen, die ich nicht gestellt habe. Während meines Aufenthaltes habe ich keine Rechnung bekommen, da der Herr sich nur als Aushilfskraft Verstand und mir 100 % versicherte, eine Rechnung per E-Mail zuzusenden. Diese Rechnung habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten. Trotz mehrfacher Anfragen, auch über den Booking Com- Service, habe ich bis heute keine Rechnung erhalten, was für mich als Geschäftsreisende wirklich ungünstig ist.

Konnte zum gebuchten Tag nicht einchecken weil kein Mensch vor Ort war!Das hotel sah sehr verlassen aus und ungepflegt

Spookhotel, zoek wat anders
Pros:

Niets, we konden hier niet slapen omdat er niemand was.

Cons:

Er was niemand bij de receptie en het hotel leek totaal niet op de foto’s, waarschijnlijk zijn die van meer dan 5 jaar geleden.
Ik heb een uur gewacht om te constateren dat er niemand van het hotel was, telefoonnummers gaven ook geen gehoor. We zijn uiteindelijk met 4 andere stellen die daar wilden slapen weer vertrokken. We hebben zelf last minute een ander hotel moeten zoeken.

Für das Geld war die Leistung Top!
Pros:

An der Unterkunft hat mir persönlich das Freundliche und sehr zuvorkommende Personal „Petra“ gefallen.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war sehr sporadisch eingerichtet. Der Tv viel zu klein um aus dem Bett zu schauen. Die Dusche hat schwarze Fugen eventuell Schimmel nicht sehr ansehnlich.
