I would recommend this place of stay as it met all my expectations.

Cons:

The outdoor fireplaces to work. Staff said they did not have the part to turn on for us.

Pros: The room size is great and feels like an apartment. The front desk providing waters was appreciated and the waffle maker in their breakfast was awesome.


Cons: The pool deck is very slippery. The basketball provided at their basketball court was flat.

We definitely would stay here again.

The property was welcoming and checked in process was easy. Room was large, clean and nice. The property was also close to two shopping mall and a couple of restaurants in walking distance.The breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were spacious, included breakfast was as good as expected, check-in was easy.
Beds were not as comfortable as some other hotels, sheets were very starchy and stiff. TV did not work in our room, reported it to front desk in the morning, and nothing had been done when we returned in the evening. When we questioned that, they told us the maintenance person was unavailable but nobody had bothered to inform us of this. We had to pack everything and move to another room if we wanted TV.
We used the pool with young grandchildren. Pool temp was perfect, plenty of chairs and towels. However, the deck was dangerously slippery, even for adults. Kids fell multiple times, even when walking slowly.
